【摘要】：隨著汽車保有量的不斷攀升,汽車報廢已經(jīng)成為一個嚴(yán)重的社會和環(huán)境問題。按照國家建設(shè)資源節(jié)約型與環(huán)境友好型社會的總目標(biāo),報廢汽車拆解回收對于提高資源再利用水平、以及節(jié)能降耗等方面都具有重要的意義。本論文嘗試通過對報廢汽車回收拆解項目管理研究,希望對當(dāng)前報廢汽車回收拆解提出了一些項目管理方面的思路和建議。本文首先研究了報廢汽車回收拆解的背景和現(xiàn)狀、研究目的和意義,以及本本文的研究內(nèi)容和結(jié)構(gòu)。然后對報廢汽車回收拆解的理論做了研究,簡單介紹了汽車的結(jié)構(gòu)、機動車報廢國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等,分析了應(yīng)用項目管理的必要性和可行性。再次,對報廢汽車回收拆解項目的整個生命周期做了研究,項目主要分為報廢汽車回收拆解項目的啟動、項目的計劃、項目的執(zhí)行及控制和項目的結(jié)尾等。應(yīng)用WBS對工作進行了分解,應(yīng)用甘特圖和頭腦風(fēng)暴的方法對項目的進度、資源和費用計劃做了研究,應(yīng)用甘特圖比較法研究了項目的進度控制,應(yīng)用掙值分析法研究了項目的費用控制等。最后為結(jié)論與建議,通過前面章節(jié)的分析與研究,從而總結(jié)報廢汽車回收拆解項目的結(jié)論,提出了研究的不足,并提出一些對今后報廢汽車回收拆解行業(yè)發(fā)展的建議。
[Abstract]:With the car quantity increasing, automobile scrap has become a serious social and environmental problems. According to the general objective of national construction of resource saving and environment-friendly society, scrap car dismantling and recycling of resources for improving the utilization level, has important significance and energy saving and so on. This paper attempts to study the scrap project management of automobile recycling dismantling, hope some project management ideas and suggestions on the current recycling scrap car dismantling is proposed. Firstly, the research background and status of the scrap car recycling and dismantling, the research purpose and significance, and this paper's research content and structure. Then do the research on the theory of scrap car recycling and dismantling, simple the motor structure, motor vehicle scrapping the national standard, analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the application of project management. Thirdly, the scrap The automobile recycling dismantling of the entire project life cycle is studied. The project is divided into scrap car recycling and dismantling project start, project planning, project execution and control and the end of the project. The application of WBS is analyzed, the progress of application of brainstorming method and Gantt chart of the project, resource and cost plan the research method of comparison, the application of Gantt chart project schedule control of project cost control method to analyze the application of earned value. Finally, conclusions and suggestions, through the research and analysis of the preceding chapters, which summarize the scrap car recycling and dismantling project conclusion, put forward the lack of research, and put forward some of the future development of scrap automobile recycling dismantling industry.
