網(wǎng)購食品質(zhì)量績效影響因素與演化博弈分析

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟和科技的不斷發(fā)展,網(wǎng)購食品已經(jīng)成為一種潮流。傳統(tǒng)的食品行業(yè)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)相結(jié)合,使食品行業(yè)在電子商務(wù)平臺占據(jù)廣闊的發(fā)展空間。如今,網(wǎng)購食品交易已經(jīng)成為中國食品行業(yè)銷售的主要部分,消費者足不出戶就可以買到所需的食品。但是,網(wǎng)購食品給消費者帶來便利的同時也存在著眾多問題。網(wǎng)購交易中的虛擬性、不確定性和信息不對稱等特點,導(dǎo)致網(wǎng)購食品質(zhì)量問題經(jīng)常發(fā)生。長期以來,我國網(wǎng)購食品質(zhì)量一直是政府和人們關(guān)心的重要問題。食品安全的影響因素是多方面的,它存在于食品供應(yīng)鏈的各個環(huán)節(jié)。食品供應(yīng)鏈鏈條越長、環(huán)節(jié)越多,就越有可能出現(xiàn)食品安全問題。結(jié)合網(wǎng)購供應(yīng)鏈的特點,影響網(wǎng)購食品質(zhì)量的因素更為復(fù)雜。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有對網(wǎng)購食品質(zhì)量的研究多以理論為主,且多數(shù)集中在對顧客網(wǎng)上購買意愿及忠誠度的分析,對網(wǎng)購食品質(zhì)量績效及監(jiān)管研究較少。因此,本文從網(wǎng)購平臺視角出發(fā),在探討網(wǎng)購食品質(zhì)量績效影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上對要素流中的物流服務(wù)質(zhì)量和信息共享質(zhì)量進行演化博弈分析,具體內(nèi)容包括:首先,引入關(guān)系質(zhì)量研究影響網(wǎng)購食品質(zhì)量績效的因素,構(gòu)建了關(guān)系質(zhì)量、物流服務(wù)質(zhì)量、信息共享、供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理和質(zhì)量績效的影響模型。以145家網(wǎng)店食品商家為研究對象,通過實證分析發(fā)現(xiàn),物流服務(wù)質(zhì)量、信息共享和供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理對質(zhì)量績效具有正向影響。同時,關(guān)系質(zhì)量不僅可以通過信息共享、物流服務(wù)質(zhì)量和供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理對質(zhì)量績效產(chǎn)生作用,還可以通過信息共享和物流服務(wù)質(zhì)量、信息共享和供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理對質(zhì)量績效發(fā)揮間接作用。其次,本文從動態(tài)演化視角對影響網(wǎng)購食品質(zhì)量績效中的兩個要素流即信息流和物流進行研究,分別建立信息共享質(zhì)量和物流服務(wù)質(zhì)量的演化博弈模型。通過復(fù)制動態(tài)方程以及趨勢動態(tài)相位圖,分析網(wǎng)購供應(yīng)鏈各主體的演化博弈策略,并運用數(shù)值實驗和Matlab仿真驗證模型的有效性。本文將食品質(zhì)量研究從傳統(tǒng)供應(yīng)鏈擴展到網(wǎng)購供應(yīng)鏈,研究網(wǎng)購食品的質(zhì)量績效影響因素和信息流、物流的質(zhì)量監(jiān)督演化博弈問題。一方面,為網(wǎng)購食品質(zhì)量的提升提供了一個新的視角,奠定了相關(guān)學(xué)者研究網(wǎng)購食品質(zhì)量的理論基礎(chǔ)。另一方面,為網(wǎng)購平臺對商家的食品質(zhì)量監(jiān)管提供參考,有利于提高網(wǎng)購食品質(zhì)量,降低消費者對網(wǎng)購食品質(zhì)量的擔(dān)憂,為消費者提供一個安全可靠的網(wǎng)購食品交易環(huán)境,增強消費者的網(wǎng)購食品的購買力,促進網(wǎng)購食品行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and technology, online food shopping has become a trend.The combination of traditional food industry and internet makes food industry occupy wide development space in e-commerce platform.Online shopping has become a major part of Chinese food sales and consumers can buy the food they need without leaving home.However, online food to bring convenience to consumers at the same time there are many problems.The characteristics of fictitious, uncertain and information asymmetry in online shopping transactions often lead to food quality problems.For a long time, the quality of food purchased online has been an important issue concerned by the government and people.There are many factors affecting food safety, which exist in all aspects of food supply chain.The longer the food supply chain, the more links, the more likely food safety problems.Combined with the characteristics of online shopping supply chain, the factors affecting food quality are more complex.It is found that most of the existing researches on online food quality are mainly theoretical, and most of them focus on the analysis of customers' willingness and loyalty to purchase online, but there are few researches on the performance and supervision of online food quality.Therefore, from the perspective of online shopping platform, this paper analyzes the evolution game of logistics service quality and information sharing quality in the factor flow based on the discussion of the factors affecting the performance of online food quality. The specific contents include: first,This paper introduces the relationship quality to study the factors that affect the quality performance of online food shopping, and constructs the influence model of relationship quality, logistics service quality, information sharing, supplier quality management and quality performance.Based on the empirical analysis of 145 online food stores, it is found that logistics service quality, information sharing and supplier quality management have a positive impact on quality performance.At the same time, the relationship quality can not only affect the quality performance through information sharing, logistics service quality and supplier quality management, but also through information sharing and logistics service quality.Information sharing and supplier quality management play an indirect role in quality performance.Secondly, from the perspective of dynamic evolution, this paper studies the information flow and logistics that affect the performance of online food quality, and establishes the evolutionary game model of information sharing quality and logistics service quality respectively.By copying the dynamic equation and trend dynamic phase diagram, the evolutionary game strategy of each agent in the supply chain is analyzed, and the validity of the model is verified by numerical experiments and Matlab simulation.In this paper, the research of food quality is extended from traditional supply chain to online purchase supply chain, and the influencing factors of quality performance and information flow of online food are studied, and the evolution game of quality supervision of logistics is studied.On the one hand, it provides a new perspective for the promotion of online food quality, and lays a theoretical foundation for the research of online food quality.On the other hand, it provides a reference for the online shopping platform to regulate the food quality of merchants, which is conducive to improving the quality of food purchased online, reducing consumers' worries about the quality of food purchased online, and providing consumers with a safe and reliable online food trading environment.Enhance consumer purchasing power of online food, promote the healthy development of online food industry.
