快遞包裝回收的逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著電子商務(wù)的興起,我國(guó)快遞行業(yè)取得了飛速的發(fā)展。2014年我國(guó)快遞業(yè)務(wù)量達(dá)140億件,同比增長(zhǎng)52%,已躍居世界第一位。然而在快遞業(yè)務(wù)量爆發(fā)式增長(zhǎng)的同時(shí),大量快遞包裝所帶來(lái)的環(huán)境污染、資源浪費(fèi)等問(wèn)題也日益突出?爝f包裝的回收再利用已成為政府、快遞企業(yè)、消費(fèi)者的共識(shí),但是快遞包裝回收的實(shí)施過(guò)程中仍然存在著缺乏包裝回收的渠道、包裝沒(méi)有統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、重復(fù)利用的紙箱易破損等問(wèn)題,亟待解決。因此,本文首先根據(jù)我國(guó)快遞包裝回收現(xiàn)狀,借鑒國(guó)外包裝逆向物流體系的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出構(gòu)建一個(gè)完善的快遞包裝回收體系,并從回收流程、包裝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、回收激勵(lì)機(jī)制等方面進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)快遞包裝的回收再利用;其次根據(jù)所設(shè)計(jì)的快遞包裝回收體系,分析快遞包裝逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)并對(duì)其進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。在逆向物流系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化中的關(guān)鍵就是解決設(shè)施定位、運(yùn)輸路線安排和庫(kù)存控制問(wèn)題,而且三者之間也存在著密切的聯(lián)系,為此本文對(duì)快遞包裝逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行定位—路徑安排—庫(kù)存問(wèn)題(Location-Routing-Inventory Problem, LRIP)的集成優(yōu)化與管理,并建立以系統(tǒng)總成本最小的的數(shù)學(xué)模型,由于LRIP問(wèn)題屬于NP-Hard問(wèn)題,無(wú)法用精確算法進(jìn)行求解,本文設(shè)計(jì)了兩階段啟發(fā)式的改進(jìn)算法對(duì)構(gòu)建的數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行求解;最后,以大連市某快遞企業(yè)為例,選取部分快遞網(wǎng)點(diǎn)作為快遞包裝的回收點(diǎn),收集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行計(jì)算,對(duì)快遞包裝逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)中各回收點(diǎn)間收集路線安排、回收中轉(zhuǎn)站的選址以及庫(kù)存控制策略等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了集成優(yōu)化,研究結(jié)果也表明文中設(shè)計(jì)的模型和求解算法具有可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rise of electronic commerce, China's express delivery industry has made rapid development. In 2014, China's express delivery business reached 14 billion pieces, an increase of 522% compared with the same period of last year, ranking first in the world.However, with the explosive growth of express delivery business, the environmental pollution and resource waste caused by a large number of express packages are also increasingly prominent.The recycling and reuse of express packaging has become a consensus among the government, express delivery enterprises and consumers. However, there is still a lack of channels for packaging recovery in the implementation of express package recycling, and there is no unified standard for packaging.Problems such as easy breakage of recycled cartons are urgently needed to be solved.Therefore, according to the current situation of package recovery in our country and the management experience of foreign packaging reverse logistics system, this paper proposes to construct a perfect package recovery system, and from the recovery process, packaging standardization.In order to realize the recycling and reuse of express package, the incentive mechanism of recycling is optimized. Secondly, the reverse logistics network system of express package is analyzed and optimized according to the package recovery system designed by the paper.In the optimization of reverse logistics system, the key is to solve the problems of facility location, transportation route arrangement and inventory control.In this paper, the integrated optimization and management of location-Routing-Inventory problem (Lipp) are carried out for the reverse logistics network of express packaging, and a mathematical model with the minimum total cost of the system is established. Because the LRIP problem belongs to the NP-Hard problem,This paper designs a two-stage heuristic improved algorithm to solve the mathematical model. Finally, taking a express delivery enterprise in Dalian as an example, some express outlets are selected as the recovery point of express package.Collect the relevant data to calculate, and optimize the collection route arrangement among the collection points in the reverse logistics network of express package, the location of the recovery transfer station and the inventory control strategy, etc.The results also show that the proposed model and algorithm are feasible and effective.
