【摘要】:項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理在近些年的項(xiàng)目開發(fā)和推進(jìn)中發(fā)揮著越來越大的作用,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理在企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)中得到了越來越多的應(yīng)用和推廣。項(xiàng)目管理者通過采用科學(xué)的管理控制手段和應(yīng)對措施對將整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理進(jìn)行有效的控制和調(diào)整,極大的縮短了項(xiàng)目整體推進(jìn)時(shí)間,節(jié)約了軟件開發(fā)成本,提高了項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)效率,提高了軟件開發(fā)質(zhì)量。本文以項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的理論和方法為基礎(chǔ),以CZ煙草服務(wù)保障信息系統(tǒng)為研究背景,通過對項(xiàng)目已建立的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和具體的實(shí)施情況進(jìn)行了對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)了該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度中存在的一定問題,找出了在整體項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度中工期估算不合理、整體項(xiàng)目資源計(jì)劃利用不夠科學(xué)、項(xiàng)目完成質(zhì)量無法得到有效的保證、團(tuán)隊(duì)的素質(zhì)建設(shè)和能力建設(shè)不夠、不確定因素和潛在隱患沒有得到認(rèn)真的對待等問題。最后,針對信息系統(tǒng)開發(fā)推廣階段,通過采用關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù)、項(xiàng)目緩沖區(qū)和重新制定項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)計(jì)劃等一系列控制措施,來加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度監(jiān)控,更加合理的分配項(xiàng)目資源,加強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)之間成員的能力建設(shè),鍛煉團(tuán)隊(duì)成員之間的協(xié)調(diào)能力,充分考慮不確定因素等措施,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度,加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的管理力度。由于本文研究背景是以企業(yè)項(xiàng)目為背景,所以本次論文的研究成果在更加合理的提高項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理水平的同時(shí),對類似項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)管理工作提供了一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Project schedule management plays a more and more important role in the development and promotion of projects in recent years.The project manager can control and adjust the progress of the whole project effectively by adopting scientific management and control measures, which greatly shortens the time of the whole project and saves the cost of software development.Improve the efficiency of the project, improve the quality of software development.Based on the theory and method of project schedule management and CZ tobacco service security information system, this paper compares the progress plan of the project and the concrete implementation of the project.Some problems in the progress of the project are found, and the estimation of the time limit in the overall project schedule is unreasonable, the utilization of the overall project resources plan is not scientific enough, and the quality of the project completion cannot be effectively guaranteed.The quality building and capacity building of the team are not enough, the uncertain factors and potential hidden dangers are not taken seriously.Finally, in view of the information system development extension stage, through adopting a series of control measures, such as key chain technology, project buffer zone and reformulating the project advance plan, so as to strengthen the monitoring of the project progress and allocate the project resources more reasonably.We should strengthen the ability of team members to build up the ability to coordinate among team members and take full account of uncertain factors to further optimize the progress of the project and strengthen the management of the progress of the project.Because the research background of this paper is based on enterprise projects, the research results of this paper can improve the level of project schedule management more reasonably, and provide some reference for the development and management of similar projects.
