【摘要】：素有“軟黃金”、“纖維鉆石”之稱的羊絨是高檔的紡織原料,是生產(chǎn)高檔羊絨制品的稀缺資源。世界羊絨工業(yè)已經(jīng)走過(guò)了150多年的發(fā)展歷史,隨著計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)向市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型,蒙古國(guó)羊絨加工業(yè)也隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型得到了迅速的發(fā)展。羊絨產(chǎn)量大約占世界總羊絨產(chǎn)量的21%,經(jīng)過(guò)幾十年的發(fā)展,蒙古國(guó)羊絨業(yè)在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不斷提升,出口創(chuàng)匯逐年增加。近年來(lái),世界羊絨市場(chǎng)中蒙古國(guó)所占的份額越來(lái)越大,在出口上,蒙古國(guó)已具有相當(dāng)?shù)囊?guī)模,占據(jù)著全球羊絨業(yè)格局中的重要地位。然而,在羊絨業(yè)生產(chǎn)規(guī)模日漸擴(kuò)大、生產(chǎn)體系不斷完善、市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作逐步趨于成熟、產(chǎn)品種類式樣日臻豐富、科學(xué)技術(shù)水平的不斷提高、市場(chǎng)需求增長(zhǎng)的日益旺盛、國(guó)際地位大幅提升的同時(shí),發(fā)展中也存在著一系列的問(wèn)題。如自主知識(shí)品牌的缺乏、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)品開發(fā)力量不足、羊絨市場(chǎng)流通混亂、環(huán)境保護(hù)問(wèn)題等一系列因素制約著蒙古國(guó)羊絨產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)外貿(mào)易的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。所以,確定以蒙古國(guó)羊絨產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)外貿(mào)易的可持續(xù)發(fā)展問(wèn)題作為研究對(duì)象,采用規(guī)范分析與比較分析的方法,深入剖析了蒙古國(guó)羊絨產(chǎn)業(yè)當(dāng)前面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。通過(guò)對(duì)蒙古國(guó)羊絨業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展阻滯因素的比較歸納分析,找出問(wèn)題的層次,以保證所提出的建議及相應(yīng)措施的先進(jìn)性和實(shí)用性。并從政府方面、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)方面以及企業(yè)方面來(lái)提出對(duì)策從而使得蒙古國(guó)羊絨產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)外貿(mào)易能夠進(jìn)行可持續(xù)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Cashmere, known as "soft gold" and "fiber diamond", is a high-grade textile raw material and a scarce resource for producing high-grade cashmere products.The world cashmere industry has gone through more than 150 years of development history. With the transition from planned economy to market economy, Mongolian cashmere processing industry has also developed rapidly with the transformation of economy.Cashmere production accounts for about 21 percent of the world's total cashmere output. After decades of development, Mongolian cashmere industry has been improving its competitiveness in the international market, and its export earnings have increased year by year.In recent years the share of Mongolia in the world cashmere market is increasing. Mongolia has a considerable scale in export and occupies an important position in the pattern of global cashmere industry.However, with the increasing scale of production, the continuous improvement of production system, the maturity of market operation, the increasing variety of products, the increasing level of science and technology, and the increasing market demand,At the same time, there are a series of problems in the development.For example, the lack of independent knowledge brand, the lack of technical innovation and product development, the confusion of cashmere market and environmental protection restrict the sustainable development of foreign trade of Mongolian cashmere industry.Therefore, taking the sustainable development of foreign trade of Mongolian cashmere industry as the research object, the paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by Mongolian cashmere industry by means of normative analysis and comparative analysis.By comparing and analyzing the factors that hinder the sustainable development of Mongolian cashmere industry, the author finds out the level of the problem, so as to ensure the advancedness and practicability of the suggestions and corresponding measures.And put forward the countermeasure from the government aspect, the trade association aspect as well as the enterprise aspect, in order to enable Mongolia cashmere industry foreign trade to carry on the sustainable development.
