【摘要】：自中國(guó)加入世界貿(mào)易組織以來,其國(guó)際化參與程度越來越高,國(guó)際貿(mào)易的深度與廣度也在日益加深,但是隨著各國(guó)之間的貿(mào)易依存度不斷加深的同時(shí),也加劇了各國(guó)之間的貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng),使各國(guó)之間的貿(mào)易摩擦數(shù)量不斷上升。隨著中國(guó)在2013年一躍成為世界第一大貿(mào)易國(guó),中國(guó)也進(jìn)入了貿(mào)易摩擦頻發(fā)的階段。在中國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易的格局中,中美貿(mào)易所占的地位舉足輕重;而美國(guó)對(duì)中國(guó)發(fā)起的貿(mào)易摩擦居其對(duì)外發(fā)起貿(mào)易摩擦數(shù)量之首。中國(guó)的木制家具在進(jìn)入世界市場(chǎng)之后,其發(fā)展速度迅猛,成為了世界上最大的出口木制家具的國(guó)家。這一發(fā)展趨勢(shì)直接造成了2003年美國(guó)對(duì)中國(guó)發(fā)起的木制臥室家具反傾銷一案,這一案件金額大、涉案企業(yè)廣泛,對(duì)中國(guó)家具出口產(chǎn)業(yè)造成了巨大的影響,在2009年即將結(jié)束5年征稅之際,美國(guó)商務(wù)部發(fā)起日落復(fù)審,最終確定繼續(xù)對(duì)中國(guó)木制臥室家具征稅反傾銷稅。這不僅影響中國(guó)家具產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,甚至對(duì)中美經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系都有影響。本文在總結(jié)分析前人對(duì)國(guó)際貿(mào)易摩擦、反傾銷的研究基礎(chǔ)之上,通過搜集、總結(jié)中美兩國(guó)2003-2013年的木制家具的貿(mào)易數(shù)據(jù),分析中美兩國(guó)在美國(guó)向中國(guó)發(fā)起木制臥室家具反傾銷案件之后的貿(mào)易情況,以期分析出美國(guó)對(duì)中國(guó)發(fā)起反傾銷案件的緣由,總結(jié)出這一反傾銷措施對(duì)中國(guó)企業(yè)所帶來的貿(mào)易效應(yīng)的影響。深度剖析出美國(guó)在對(duì)中國(guó)出口企業(yè)發(fā)起的反傾銷存在的有失公正之處,探究中國(guó)在未來全球化進(jìn)程的發(fā)展中,中國(guó)的家具行業(yè)該怎樣健康發(fā)展,針對(duì)其提出相應(yīng)的貿(mào)易應(yīng)對(duì)措施。
[Abstract]:Since China joined the World Trade Organization (WTO), its international participation has become higher and higher, and the depth and breadth of international trade have also deepened. However, with the deepening of the dependence on trade among countries,It also intensifies the trade competition among countries and makes the number of trade frictions between countries rise.With China becoming the world's largest trading nation in 2013, China has entered a period of frequent trade frictions.In the pattern of China's foreign trade, Sino-American trade plays an important role, and the trade friction initiated by the United States is the highest in the number of trade frictions initiated by the United States against China.After entering the world market, the wooden furniture of China developed rapidly and became the largest export country of wooden furniture in the world.This development trend directly resulted in the US anti-dumping case against wooden bedroom furniture initiated by China in 2003, which involved a large amount of money and involved a wide range of enterprises, which had a huge impact on China's furniture export industry.At the end of a five-year tax in 2009, the Commerce Department launched a sunset review to determine whether to continue to levy anti-dumping duties on Chinese wooden bedroom furniture.This affects not only the development of China's furniture industry, but also the economic and trade relations between China and the United States.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the previous researches on international trade friction and antidumping, this paper summarizes the trade data of wooden furniture between China and the United States from 2003 to 2013.To analyze the trade situation between China and the United States after the United States launched the wooden bedroom furniture anti-dumping case against China, in order to analyze the reasons for the United States to initiate the anti-dumping case against China.This paper summarizes the impact of this anti-dumping measure on the trade effect of Chinese enterprises.This paper deeply analyzes the injustices existing in the anti-dumping launched by the United States against Chinese export enterprises, and probes into how China's furniture industry should develop healthily in the process of globalization in the future.In view of it, the corresponding trade countermeasures are put forward.
