區(qū)域廢舊家用電器回收網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:隨著科技的進(jìn)步及生活水平的不斷提高,家用電器更新率和普及率逐年增長,導(dǎo)致每年有大量廢舊家用電器的產(chǎn)生。廢舊家電如果直接作為垃圾被隨意丟棄,或拆解后把無用的部分進(jìn)行簡單填埋,或直接焚燒處理,會(huì)產(chǎn)生多種有毒有害物質(zhì),對(duì)人體健康及生活環(huán)境造成嚴(yán)重的危害。因此對(duì)廢舊家電進(jìn)行科學(xué)處理關(guān)系到社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和生態(tài)環(huán)境的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,是具有重要意義的。本文在對(duì)國內(nèi)外廢舊家用電器回收網(wǎng)絡(luò)相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以系統(tǒng)工程的思想,從全局的角度展開研究,采用定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的分析方法,對(duì)區(qū)域廢舊家用電器回收網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了深入的研究和探討。文章首先對(duì)我國廢舊家用電器回收現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析,并運(yùn)用生成量預(yù)測法對(duì)家用電器報(bào)廢量進(jìn)行預(yù)測;然后構(gòu)建了區(qū)域廢舊家用電器回收網(wǎng)絡(luò),建立連續(xù)選址模型對(duì)廢舊家電回收網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局進(jìn)行優(yōu)化研究,并運(yùn)用遺傳算法對(duì)所建立的模型進(jìn)行求解;接下來結(jié)合廢舊家用電器回收的特點(diǎn),提出建立周期性車輛路徑模型對(duì)區(qū)域廢舊家電回收網(wǎng)絡(luò)路徑進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,并運(yùn)用禁忌搜索算法對(duì)模型進(jìn)行求解。全文以大連市西崗區(qū)為例對(duì)提出的方法進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,并結(jié)合研究結(jié)果針對(duì)我國廢舊家用電器回收處理的現(xiàn)狀提出對(duì)策建議。本文的研究結(jié)果對(duì)于我國廢舊家電回收工作能夠穩(wěn)健有效進(jìn)行起到促進(jìn)作用,并對(duì)政府部門如何通過宏觀調(diào)控建立起科學(xué)完善的廢舊家電回收網(wǎng)絡(luò),并提高廢舊家電回收處理的社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology and the improvement of living standard, the renewal rate and popularization rate of household appliances are increasing year by year, which leads to the production of a large number of used household appliances every year. Or simply landfill the useless parts or incinerate them directly after disassembly, which can produce a variety of toxic and harmful substances. It causes serious harm to human health and living environment. Therefore, the scientific treatment of used household appliances is related to the sustainable development of social economy and ecological environment. Based on the research of domestic and foreign domestic and foreign recycling network of used and used household appliances, with the idea of system engineering, the research is carried out from the overall perspective, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis method is adopted. This paper makes a deep research and discussion on the planning of the regional recycling network of used household appliances. Firstly, the paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the recycling of used household appliances in China. Then the regional recycling network of used household appliances is constructed, and a continuous location model is established to optimize the layout of the recycling network of used household appliances. And the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. Then, combined with the characteristics of recycling of used household appliances, a periodic vehicle routing model is proposed to optimize the network path of regional recycling of used household appliances. Using Tabu search algorithm to solve the model. This paper takes Xigang District of Dalian City as an example to do empirical research on the proposed method. Combined with the results of the study, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the recovery and treatment of used household appliances in China. The research results of this paper can promote the recovery of used household appliances in our country steadily and effectively. It also provides the theoretical basis for how to establish a scientific and perfect recycling network of used household appliances and to improve the social and economic benefits of recycling and disposal of used household appliances by government departments through macro-control.
