【摘要】：廣西自治區(qū)在現(xiàn)階段重點(diǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)東盟市場(chǎng)發(fā)揮自身產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)的同時(shí),也需要努力開(kāi)發(fā)其他國(guó)際區(qū)域貿(mào)易市場(chǎng)來(lái)承接加工貿(mào)易產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和對(duì)接先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力以及向外輸出廣西過(guò)剩產(chǎn)能和發(fā)揮廣西機(jī)械設(shè)備領(lǐng)域積累的優(yōu)勢(shì),擴(kuò)大廣西貿(mào)易的市場(chǎng)規(guī)模,提升廣西對(duì)外開(kāi)放水平。本文主要針對(duì)廣西開(kāi)發(fā)國(guó)際區(qū)域貿(mào)易市場(chǎng)格局中形成的以東盟為重點(diǎn),其他國(guó)際區(qū)域貿(mào)易市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)不足問(wèn)題,以比較優(yōu)勢(shì)理論和產(chǎn)品生命周期理論為基礎(chǔ),研究廣西對(duì)不同國(guó)際區(qū)域貿(mào)易市場(chǎng)的開(kāi)發(fā)對(duì)策。首先,分析了廣西開(kāi)發(fā)國(guó)際區(qū)域貿(mào)易市場(chǎng)的背景、意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述和相關(guān)理論、思路、內(nèi)容、方法、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)等。其次,研究了從1978年到2015年廣西開(kāi)發(fā)國(guó)際區(qū)域貿(mào)易市場(chǎng)的基本情況,通過(guò)廣西對(duì)外開(kāi)放三個(gè)發(fā)展階段的劃分,總結(jié)了各階段廣西開(kāi)發(fā)國(guó)際區(qū)域貿(mào)易市場(chǎng)的背景、特點(diǎn)、取得的成果、現(xiàn)階段存在的主要問(wèn)題。再次,通過(guò)2015年廣西與不同國(guó)際區(qū)域貿(mào)易市場(chǎng)商品的國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)貿(mào)易分類數(shù)據(jù),計(jì)算了廣西與不同國(guó)際區(qū)域貿(mào)易市場(chǎng)間商品的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性和互補(bǔ)性,為廣西針對(duì)性開(kāi)發(fā)國(guó)際區(qū)域貿(mào)易市場(chǎng)提供了現(xiàn)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。最后,通過(guò)上文研究中廣西開(kāi)發(fā)國(guó)際區(qū)域市場(chǎng)中存在的問(wèn)題,以及廣西與不同國(guó)際區(qū)域貿(mào)易市場(chǎng)存在的貿(mào)易基礎(chǔ),提出了廣西對(duì)歐美日韓為代表的發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家市場(chǎng)、港澳臺(tái)市場(chǎng)、金磚國(guó)家市場(chǎng)、東盟市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)對(duì)策,同時(shí)從政府政策支持、建設(shè)現(xiàn)代物流體系、強(qiáng)化人才培育、提升金融服務(wù)水平、完善服務(wù)管理體系、營(yíng)造貿(mào)易便利化條件、加強(qiáng)國(guó)際人文交流合作等領(lǐng)域提出廣西開(kāi)發(fā)國(guó)際區(qū)域市場(chǎng)的保障措施,促使廣西對(duì)外開(kāi)放水平的全面提升。

To improve the level of Guangxi's opening to the outside world. This paper aims at the underdevelopment of other international regional trade markets, focusing on ASEAN, which is formed in the pattern of Guangxi's development of international regional trade markets. Based on the theory of comparative advantage and the theory of product life cycle, this paper studies the countermeasures of Guangxi's development of different international regional trade markets. Firstly, it analyzes the background, significance, literature review and relevant theories of Guangxi's development of international regional trade markets. Ideas, contents, methods, Innovation points and so on. Secondly, the paper studies the basic situation of Guangxi's development of international regional trade market from 1978 to 2015, and divides the three stages of Guangxi's opening up to the outside world. This paper summarizes the background, characteristics, achievements and main problems existing in Guangxi's development of international regional trade market in various stages. Thirdly, through the international standard trade classification data of Guangxi and different international regional trade markets in 2015, The competitiveness and complementarity of commodities between Guangxi and different international regional trade markets are calculated, which provides a realistic basis for Guangxi to develop international regional trade markets. Based on the problems in Guangxi's development of the international regional market and the trade basis between Guangxi and different international regional trade markets, the paper puts forward the developed country market represented by Guangxi to Europe, America, Japan and South Korea, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan markets. The BRICS market, the ASEAN market development countermeasures, at the same time from the government policy support, the construction modern logistics system, strengthens the talented person training, enhances the financial service level, consummates the service management system, constructs the trade facilitation condition, In order to promote the level of Guangxi's opening to the outside world, the paper puts forward the safeguard measures for Guangxi to develop the international regional market in the field of strengthening international cultural exchange and cooperation.
