【摘要】：我國(guó)作為貿(mào)易大國(guó),企業(yè)在對(duì)外貿(mào)易過(guò)程中勢(shì)必要與不同國(guó)家的企業(yè)進(jìn)行貨幣交換。在當(dāng)前各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)疲軟態(tài)勢(shì)下,更需要防范匯率波動(dòng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí),做好外匯管理工作。目前全球主要經(jīng)濟(jì)體仍處于經(jīng)濟(jì)下行階段,出口貿(mào)易呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢(shì),2015年和2016年我國(guó)出口貿(mào)易總額也均呈下降趨勢(shì)。2016年第三季度數(shù)據(jù)顯示民營(yíng)企業(yè)已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)出口貿(mào)易的中流砥柱,而民營(yíng)企業(yè)對(duì)于外匯管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)相對(duì)于國(guó)有企業(yè)、外資企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)相對(duì)缺乏,且重視程度不足,也缺少相應(yīng)的人財(cái)物的投入。隨著國(guó)際貿(mào)易的不斷發(fā)展和人民幣國(guó)際化進(jìn)程的穩(wěn)步推進(jìn),企業(yè)的涉外業(yè)務(wù)和持有的外幣資產(chǎn)逐年增加,企業(yè)外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)敞口也在不斷加大。匯率的變動(dòng)會(huì)通過(guò)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格、原材料價(jià)格、勞動(dòng)力價(jià)格、融資成本等對(duì)企業(yè)采購(gòu)、生產(chǎn)、銷售等各生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)產(chǎn)生影響。外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)作為企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的一個(gè)重要組成部分,在企業(yè)的整個(gè)價(jià)值體系中,占有越來(lái)越重要的地位,加上匯率走勢(shì)波動(dòng)的不穩(wěn)定性,勢(shì)必給企業(yè)外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理帶來(lái)巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。本文首先介紹了三種外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn),交易風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、折算風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并回顧了人民幣匯率制度的發(fā)展歷程,然后從價(jià)格、利率、國(guó)際收支、心理預(yù)期四個(gè)方面分析對(duì)匯率的影響,這些因素也是企業(yè)對(duì)匯率走勢(shì)預(yù)測(cè)的基礎(chǔ),然后對(duì)外貿(mào)企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀做了介紹。本文重點(diǎn)論述了外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理措施,對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理和外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理做了詳細(xì)介紹,針對(duì)企業(yè)面臨的三種外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出相應(yīng)的管理方案。
[Abstract]:As a big trading country, Chinese enterprises must exchange currency with enterprises of different countries in the process of foreign trade. In the current situation of economic weakness in various countries, it is even more necessary to guard against the risk of exchange rate fluctuations and raise the risk awareness. Do a good job in foreign exchange management. At present, the world's major economies are still in the stage of economic downturn. The export trade shows a downward trend, and the total export trade of China in 2015 and 2016 also shows a downward trend. In in the third quarter of 2016, the data show that private enterprises have become the mainstay of China's export trade. The experience of foreign exchange management in private enterprises is relative to that of state-owned enterprises, and foreign enterprises are relatively short of, and the degree of attention to foreign exchange management is insufficient. With the continuous development of international trade and the steady progress of RMB internationalization, the foreign business and foreign currency assets held by enterprises have increased year by year. The foreign exchange risk exposure of enterprises is also increasing. Changes in exchange rates will lead to the purchase and production of enterprises through product prices, raw materials prices, labor prices, financing costs, etc. Foreign exchange risk, as an important part of enterprise risk, plays an increasingly important role in the whole value system of an enterprise, coupled with the instability of exchange rate fluctuations. This paper first introduces three kinds of foreign exchange risk, trading risk, economic risk, conversion risk, and reviews the development of RMB exchange rate system, then from the price, interest rate, This paper analyzes the influence on exchange rate from four aspects of balance of payments and psychological expectation. These factors are also the basis for enterprises to forecast the trend of exchange rate, and then it introduces the present situation of foreign trade enterprises. This paper focuses on the measures of foreign exchange risk management. This paper introduces the risk management and foreign exchange risk management in detail, and puts forward corresponding management schemes for the three kinds of foreign exchange risk faced by enterprises.
