【摘要】:近年來,隨著“顧客至上”理念的深入,處于供應(yīng)鏈末端并與消費(fèi)者最近的連鎖零售企業(yè)對(duì)消費(fèi)需求的掌握越來越準(zhǔn)確。區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)的供應(yīng)商主導(dǎo)的零售供應(yīng)鏈,連鎖零售企業(yè)在供應(yīng)鏈中的作用與地位越來越重要。同時(shí),隨著連鎖零售企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇,連鎖零售企業(yè)為了提高自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,就必須要提高整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。作為整個(gè)零售供應(yīng)鏈的起點(diǎn),供應(yīng)商的優(yōu)劣直接影響了整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)營,為了提高整個(gè)零售供應(yīng)鏈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,增強(qiáng)連鎖零售企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),滿足消費(fèi)者需求,對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理的評(píng)價(jià)與選擇顯得尤為重要。本文首先從相關(guān)概念及理論基礎(chǔ)入手,界定了連鎖零售企業(yè)的定義和特點(diǎn),以及供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)的概念,然后分析了連鎖零售企業(yè)供應(yīng)商的類別與特點(diǎn);其次,根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)方法,結(jié)合目前供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)的現(xiàn)狀及問題,指出了連鎖零售企業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)供應(yīng)商的步驟,并通過合約控制與管理輸出控制來對(duì)連鎖零售企業(yè)的供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行控制,進(jìn)而設(shè)計(jì)了連鎖零售企業(yè)的評(píng)選供應(yīng)商指標(biāo)體系,并以A連鎖零售企業(yè)為例,分析其目前與供應(yīng)商之間存在的問題,選取合理的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),利用層次分析法研究了其供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)與選擇的問題;最后,通過建立加強(qiáng)與供應(yīng)商合作、加強(qiáng)與供應(yīng)商關(guān)系風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的防范、建立共享機(jī)制、完善供應(yīng)商的激勵(lì)機(jī)制及完善信息系統(tǒng)等方式提出了措施建議,為A連鎖零售企業(yè)選擇最佳供應(yīng)商提供了決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of the concept of "customer first", the retail enterprises at the end of the supply chain and with the nearest chain of consumers have more and more accurate grasp of consumer demand, which is different from the traditional supplier led retail supply chain. Chain retail enterprises play a more and more important role in the supply chain. At the same time, as the competition of chain retail enterprises intensifies, chain retail enterprises in order to improve their competitiveness, As the starting point of the whole retail supply chain, the supplier's advantages and disadvantages directly affect the whole supply chain operation, in order to improve the competitiveness of the whole retail supply chain, It is very important to strengthen the competitive advantage of chain retail enterprises, to meet the needs of consumers, to evaluate and select suppliers scientifically and reasonably. The definition and characteristics of chain retail enterprises and the concept of supplier evaluation are defined, and then the types and characteristics of suppliers in chain retail enterprises are analyzed. Secondly, according to the existing methods of supplier evaluation, Combined with the current status and problems of supplier evaluation, this paper points out the steps of evaluating suppliers in chain retail enterprises, and controls the suppliers of chain retail enterprises through contract control and management output control. Then the index system of supplier selection for chain retail enterprises is designed. Taking A chain retail enterprise as an example, the existing problems between chain retail enterprises and suppliers are analyzed, and the reasonable evaluation criteria are selected. Finally, through the establishment of strengthening cooperation with suppliers, strengthening the risk prevention of relationship with suppliers and establishing a sharing mechanism, the paper studies the evaluation and selection of its suppliers by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the incentive mechanism and information system of suppliers, which provides a decision basis for A chain retail enterprises to select the best suppliers.
