【摘要】：老撾人民民主共和國(guó)自改革開放以來(lái),經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易逐步發(fā)展,對(duì)外貿(mào)易及對(duì)外關(guān)系不斷擴(kuò)大,特別是加入東盟和世界貿(mào)易組織以來(lái),經(jīng)濟(jì)與對(duì)外貿(mào)易額迅速增長(zhǎng)。中國(guó)與泰國(guó)是老撾的兩個(gè)主要貿(mào)易伙伴,老撾與泰國(guó)從2003年開始貿(mào)易合作,與中國(guó)從2009年開始了貿(mào)易合作,但是老撾對(duì)華與對(duì)泰貿(mào)易發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)很多不同現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)。因此,比較分析老撾對(duì)華與對(duì)泰貿(mào)易發(fā)展具有一定意義。本文首先研究了老撾對(duì)外貿(mào)易發(fā)展歷程、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,研究了老撾對(duì)華與對(duì)泰貿(mào)易關(guān)系的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn)。本文基于相關(guān)貿(mào)易與經(jīng)濟(jì)理論,通過(guò)規(guī)范分析,比較研究老撾對(duì)華與對(duì)泰貿(mào)易,從貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)、貿(mào)易規(guī)模、貿(mào)易問(wèn)題、貿(mào)易原因和潛力等相關(guān)變量進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)與比較,然后運(yùn)用貿(mào)易政策分析老撾對(duì)華與對(duì)泰貿(mào)易的關(guān)系,分析促進(jìn)老撾對(duì)外貿(mào)易的措施,并根據(jù)所分析的結(jié)果預(yù)測(cè)對(duì)外貿(mào)易的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。本文研究了老撾對(duì)華與對(duì)泰貿(mào)易發(fā)展策略,包括促進(jìn)老撾對(duì)華與對(duì)泰邊境貿(mào)易,加強(qiáng)老撾對(duì)華與對(duì)泰之間的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作關(guān)系,通過(guò)引進(jìn)資金和技術(shù)培育優(yōu)勢(shì)骨干企業(yè),發(fā)揮老撾在中國(guó)與泰國(guó)——東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)中的資源及地緣優(yōu)勢(shì)。研究結(jié)果表明,老撾從改革開放后利用新經(jīng)濟(jì)政策與經(jīng)濟(jì)制度促進(jìn)了老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。老撾加入東盟和世界組織使老撾對(duì)外貿(mào)易快速發(fā)展,對(duì)外貿(mào)易額逐步上升,極大地帶動(dòng)了對(duì)外貿(mào)易和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度。老撾與泰國(guó)有很長(zhǎng)的邊境線,兩國(guó)歷史交往悠久、有著相近的文化和語(yǔ)言,這些優(yōu)勢(shì)使泰國(guó)成為老撾的第一大貿(mào)易伙伴國(guó)。中國(guó)給予了老撾大量的貿(mào)易援助和一系列促進(jìn)老撾國(guó)內(nèi)投資的合作計(jì)劃,極大地促進(jìn)了兩國(guó)間貿(mào)易和投資的增長(zhǎng)。老撾與中國(guó)在經(jīng)貿(mào)方面越來(lái)越多的接觸和合作,使得老撾與中國(guó)之間的貿(mào)易有了飛快的發(fā)展,老撾對(duì)華貿(mào)易具有較大的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?br/>[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the Lao people's Democratic Republic has witnessed the gradual development of its economy and trade, and its foreign trade and foreign relations have been continuously expanded, especially since its accession to ASEAN and the World Trade Organization. China and Thailand are Laos's two main trading partners. Laos and Thailand began trade cooperation on 2003 and with China on 2009. However, the development of Laos' trade with China and Thailand presents many different situations and characteristics. Therefore, it is of certain significance to compare and analyze the development of Laos's trade with China and Thailand. Firstly, this paper studies the development of Laos's foreign trade. This paper, based on the relevant trade and economic theory, through normative analysis, compares the trade between Laos and China and Thailand, from the perspective of trade structure. The scale of trade, trade problems, trade causes and potential are analyzed and compared. Then the trade policy is used to analyze the relationship between Laos and China and Thailand, and the measures to promote Laos's foreign trade are analyzed. Based on the results of the analysis, this paper forecasts the development trend of foreign trade. This paper studies the development strategies of Laos' trade with China and Thailand, including promoting the border trade between Laos and China and Thailand, strengthening the economic and trade cooperation between Laos and China and Thailand. Through the introduction of capital and technology to foster backbone enterprises, Laos's resources and geographical advantages in the China-Thailand-ASEAN Free Trade area will be brought into play. Since the reform and opening up, Laos has promoted the development of the Lao economy by using the new economic policy and economic system. Laos's accession to the ASEAN and the World Organization has enabled Laos's foreign trade to develop rapidly, and the volume of foreign trade has gradually increased. Laos and Thailand have a long border, have a long history of exchanges, have similar cultures and languages. These advantages make Thailand the largest trading partner of Laos. China has given Laos a large amount of aid for trade and a series of cooperative projects to promote domestic investment in Laos. It has greatly promoted the growth of trade and investment between the two countries.Laos and China have more and more contacts and cooperation in economic and trade fields, which has made the trade between Laos and China develop rapidly, and Laos's trade with China has great potential for development.
