【摘要】：自20世紀90年代以來,世界經濟的發(fā)展日新月異,經濟結構不斷的發(fā)展變化,經濟全球化也不斷推進其發(fā)展進程,國家間的經濟貿易往來更加密切,其中對外貿易方面發(fā)展迅速,特別是服務貿易的發(fā)展。以年均增長速度為指標,服務貿易已經大大超過傳統(tǒng)的貨物貿易,在各國的對外貿易中,服務貿易的比重和地位不斷上升。在一定程度上,服務貿易成為了加深國際化程度、提高國際市場競爭力的基礎,并且已經成為一個國家或地區(qū)經濟的重要組成部分。尤其是在《服務貿易總協(xié)定》得以正式頒布和實施之后,服務貿易成為一國經濟發(fā)展的新的生力軍,其發(fā)展趨勢不可阻擋。中日韓三國的服務貿易也都得到快速的發(fā)展,中日韓正在開展的FTA談判也使得三國服務貿易成為了大家關注的一個焦點。從三國的服務貿易收支發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀來看,三國的服務貿易均呈現(xiàn)出長期逆差的狀況,因此對中日韓三國的服務貿易收支及其影響因素進行比較分析的研究,無論其理論意義還是現(xiàn)實意義都非常重要。本文共分為五個部分:第一部分先從文章的研究目的、意義以及研究思路與方法入手,對文章做一個簡單的概述,接著對國內外的相關文獻做了詳細的回顧,為后文分析中日韓服務貿易收支影響因素奠定了基礎;第二部分為理論探討,對影響服務貿易收支的因素做全面分析,詳細闡述各個因素影響服務貿易收支的機理;第三部分通過現(xiàn)有的數(shù)據(jù)、資料對中日韓三國的服務貿易收支的現(xiàn)狀進行分析,同時總結了中日韓三國服務貿易收支的異同;第四部分利用實證分析方法研究了不同的影響因素對于中日韓三國的服務貿易收支的影響,并對三國的實證結果進行總結和比較分析。第五部分則是根據(jù)前文對中日韓服務貿易收支的理論和實證分析提出了改善我國服務貿易收支的相關政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, the world economy has been developing with each passing day, the economic structure is constantly changing, the economic globalization is pushing forward its development process, and the economic and trade exchanges between countries are getting closer. Among them, foreign trade has developed rapidly, especially the development of trade in services. With the average annual growth rate as an indicator, trade in services has greatly exceeded the traditional trade in goods. In the foreign trade of various countries, To a certain extent, trade in services has become the basis for deepening the degree of internationalization and enhancing the competitiveness of the international market. And has become an important part of the economy of a country or region. Especially after the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS) has been formally promulgated and implemented, trade in services has become a new force in the economic development of a country. The trend of development is unstoppable. Trade in services between China, Japan and South Korea has also developed rapidly. The ongoing FTA negotiations between China, Japan and South Korea have also made the service trade of the three countries a focus of attention. Judging from the current situation of the development of the three countries' service trade receipts and expenditures, the service trade of the three countries has shown a long-term deficit. Therefore, it is very important to compare and analyze the balance of trade in services between China, Japan and South Korea and its influencing factors. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the purpose of the research. The significance and research ideas and methods start with a simple overview of the article, and then a detailed review of the relevant literature at home and abroad, which lays a foundation for the analysis of the factors affecting the balance of trade in services between China, Japan and South Korea; The second part is the theoretical discussion, makes a comprehensive analysis of the factors that affect the balance of trade in services, and elaborates the mechanism of each factor affecting the balance of trade in services. The third part is based on the existing data. This paper analyzes the current situation of service trade between China, Japan and South Korea, and summarizes the similarities and differences of service trade between China, Japan and South Korea. In 4th, the empirical analysis is used to study the influence of different factors on the balance of trade in services between China, Japan and South Korea. The 5th part is based on the previous theoretical and empirical analysis of China, Japan and South Korea service trade income and expenditure, and put forward the relevant policy recommendations to improve China's service trade income and expenditure.
