【摘要】：銷售終端服務(wù)的優(yōu)化,可以提升煙草商業(yè)企業(yè)的市場競爭力,可以使得卷煙零售終端更為積極的發(fā)揮出其“延伸服務(wù)、控制市場”的前沿陣地作用。而農(nóng)村作為煙草商業(yè)企業(yè)往往會忽略的一塊陣地,其優(yōu)化服務(wù)建設(shè)的空間較大,其提升銷售效率的邊際效應(yīng)相對較高,為此本文積極嘗試構(gòu)建卷煙銷售農(nóng)村服務(wù)終端的優(yōu)化建設(shè),以此為煙草公司的發(fā)展提供的外在推動力。首先,論文通過問卷調(diào)查和實地調(diào)研等方式,獲取岳陽縣農(nóng)村銷售服務(wù)的相關(guān)調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),并從總體評價、客戶經(jīng)理、配送員、訂貨員以及服務(wù)反饋5個方面分析岳陽縣農(nóng)村卷煙銷售服務(wù)質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀,同時從供貨服務(wù)、影響服務(wù)及其他服務(wù)三個方面了解岳陽縣農(nóng)村卷煙銷售服務(wù)需求的現(xiàn)狀。之后,論文結(jié)合農(nóng)村卷煙零售戶的實際需求,構(gòu)建了基于岳陽縣農(nóng)村卷煙銷售服務(wù)的5 GAP模型,并分析岳陽縣農(nóng)村卷煙銷售服務(wù)質(zhì)量問題產(chǎn)生的五個差距和根源,為卷煙銷售農(nóng)村服務(wù)終端建設(shè)總體思路的設(shè)計指明方向。隨后,根據(jù)前述數(shù)據(jù)支持和理論分析,論文確定了岳陽縣卷煙銷售農(nóng)村服務(wù)終端的機構(gòu)分級及職能劃分,即煙草服務(wù)中心、農(nóng)村服務(wù)站和村組中心店,并結(jié)合組織架構(gòu)探討岳陽縣卷煙銷售農(nóng)村服務(wù)終端的功能設(shè)定。最后,從工作目標、工作制度、服務(wù)內(nèi)容三方面設(shè)計卷煙銷售農(nóng)村服務(wù)終端的管理制度,探討卷煙銷售農(nóng)村服務(wù)終端的培訓(xùn)服務(wù)制度建設(shè),并從服務(wù)原則、服務(wù)內(nèi)容和服務(wù)實現(xiàn)標準三方面設(shè)計卷煙銷售農(nóng)村服務(wù)終端的服務(wù)標準。
[Abstract]:The optimization of the sales terminal service can enhance the market competitiveness of the tobacco commercial enterprises, and make the cigarette retail terminal play its "extended service" more actively. The frontier position of controlling the market. As a position that tobacco commercial enterprises often ignore, the rural areas have more space to optimize the service construction, and the marginal effect of improving the sales efficiency is relatively high. In order to provide external impetus for the development of tobacco companies, this paper actively tries to construct the optimization construction of cigarette sales rural service terminal. First, the paper through questionnaire survey and field research and other ways. To obtain the relevant survey data of rural sales service in Yueyang County, and analyze the current situation of rural cigarette sales service quality in Yueyang County from five aspects of overall evaluation, customer manager, distribution officer, orderer and service feedback, and at the same time, analyze the quality of rural cigarette sales service in Yueyang County. This paper analyzes the current situation of rural cigarette sales service demand in Yueyang County from three aspects: affecting service and other services. Then, combining with the actual demand of rural cigarette retailers, this paper constructs a 5 GAP model based on rural cigarette sales service in Yueyang County. And analyzes the five gaps and root causes of the rural cigarette sales service quality problem in Yueyang County, and points out the direction of the overall thinking of cigarette sales rural service terminal construction. Then, according to the above-mentioned data support and theoretical analysis, The paper determines the organization classification and function division of rural service terminal of cigarette sales in Yueyang County, namely, tobacco service center, rural service station and village group central store. Finally, the paper designs the management system of cigarette sales rural service terminal from three aspects: work goal, work system and service content. This paper probes into the construction of training service system of cigarette sales rural service terminal, and designs the service standard of cigarette marketing rural service terminal from three aspects: service principle, service content and service realization standard.
