【摘要】：廣東省的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展實(shí)踐表明地區(qū)提高產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的有效手段之一就是大力發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè),同時(shí)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)也是解決廣東就業(yè)問題的重要途徑,因此研究廣東省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)勞動(dòng)就業(yè)的影響效應(yīng)是十分必要的。首先基于對(duì)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵的深入理解,結(jié)合相關(guān)分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確定其具體分類,然后定性分析現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)勞動(dòng)就業(yè)的作用機(jī)理;接著對(duì)廣東現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和就業(yè)情況進(jìn)行深入分析;再對(duì)廣東現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)勞動(dòng)就業(yè)的影響效應(yīng)進(jìn)行測(cè)定。對(duì)廣東現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)勞動(dòng)就業(yè)影響效應(yīng)進(jìn)行測(cè)定時(shí),第一,通過就業(yè)貢獻(xiàn)模型對(duì)其直接、間接和綜合就業(yè)貢獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行測(cè)定并比較分析。第二,利用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)方法計(jì)算各產(chǎn)業(yè)的就業(yè)彈性,由此測(cè)定廣東省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)顯性就業(yè)效應(yīng)。第三,使用投入產(chǎn)出分析法計(jì)算廣東省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)調(diào)整后的勞動(dòng)力投入系數(shù)、綜合就業(yè)系數(shù)、間接就業(yè)系數(shù)和間接就業(yè)比重,進(jìn)而測(cè)定其隱性就業(yè)效應(yīng)。第四,利用成本利稅率和結(jié)構(gòu)偏離度這兩個(gè)指標(biāo)對(duì)廣東省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展空間與就業(yè)潛力進(jìn)行測(cè)度和分析。最后綜合分析全文研究結(jié)論,提出關(guān)于廣東省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展與就業(yè)的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:The practice of economic development in Guangdong Province shows that one of the effective means to improve the core competitiveness of industry in Guangdong is to develop modern service industry vigorously, and at the same time, to develop modern service industry is also an important way to solve the employment problem in Guangdong. Therefore, it is necessary to study the effect of the development of modern service industry in Guangdong Province on the employment of labor. Firstly, based on the deep understanding of the connotation of modern service industry, and combining with the relevant classification criteria, we determine the specific classification. Then it qualitatively analyzes the function mechanism of modern service industry to labor employment, then deeply analyzes the present situation and employment situation of modern service industry in Guangdong. The influence of the development of Guangdong modern service industry on labor and employment is measured. First, the employment contribution model is used to measure the effect of the development of Guangdong modern service industry on the employment. The indirect and comprehensive employment contribution is measured and compared. Secondly, the employment elasticity of various industries is calculated by econometric method, and the dominant employment effect of modern service industry in Guangdong Province is measured. The input-output analysis method is used to calculate the labor force input coefficient, the comprehensive employment coefficient, the indirect employment coefficient and the indirect employment proportion after the adjustment of the modern service industry in Guangdong Province, and then the implicit employment effect is measured. 4th, The paper measures and analyzes the development space and employment potential of modern service industry in Guangdong Province by using cost, interest and tax rate and structure deviation. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the development and employment of modern service industry in Guangdong Province.
