【摘要】：正地產(chǎn)企業(yè)目前幾乎都在密切關(guān)注養(yǎng)老領(lǐng)域,但成熟的市場(chǎng)模式仍有待探索按照上海老年人口的增長(zhǎng)速度,到2020年,即"十三五"時(shí)期末,老年人口占上海戶籍人口的比重將超過(guò)36%,總數(shù)超過(guò)540萬(wàn)。新出爐的《上海市老齡事業(yè)發(fā)展"十三五"規(guī)劃》提出,戶籍人口深度老齡化將成為一種社會(huì)常態(tài)�！兑�(guī)劃》表示,龐大的老年群體以及由此產(chǎn)生的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求,將對(duì)上海產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、勞動(dòng)力結(jié)構(gòu)、社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)等經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的各個(gè)方面產(chǎn)生全面、長(zhǎng)期、深遠(yuǎn)的影響。
[Abstract]:At present, real estate enterprises are paying close attention to the field of old-age care, but the mature market model still needs to be explored according to the growth rate of the elderly population in Shanghai, by 2020, that is, the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan. The proportion of the elderly population in Shanghai's household registration population will exceed 36, with a total of more than 5.4 million. The newly published 13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the cause of the aged in Shanghai has been put forward. "the deep aging of the household registration population will become a social norm," the Planning said, noting that the huge number of elderly people and the resulting demand for old-age services will have an impact on Shanghai's industrial structure, economic structure, and labor force structure. Social structure and other aspects of economic and social development have a comprehensive, long-term, far-reaching impact.
