帶時(shí)間窗推薦的城市貨運(yùn)共同配送系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:共同配送作為一種先進(jìn)的城市貨運(yùn)配送方式,其廣泛存在的好處和優(yōu)勢(shì)已經(jīng)被廣大學(xué)者和專家所認(rèn)可。隨著電子商務(wù)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,市場(chǎng)上出現(xiàn)了不少共同配送平臺(tái)和物流信息平臺(tái),就目前而言其功能主要局限于貨源和車源信息的發(fā)布上。本文開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)了——帶時(shí)間窗推薦的城市貨運(yùn)共同配送系統(tǒng),在應(yīng)用環(huán)境上進(jìn)行了細(xì)分調(diào)研,在功能上進(jìn)行了積極拓展。 首先,調(diào)研分析了系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用環(huán)境——北京市城市貨運(yùn)市場(chǎng)。相比于貨運(yùn)城際干線運(yùn)輸,城市貨運(yùn)配送存在更多的約束和限制,但這更加突出了開展城市貨運(yùn)共同配送的必要性和緊迫性。該部分主要從城市貨運(yùn)宏觀數(shù)據(jù)和貨運(yùn)市場(chǎng)調(diào)研兩方面開展工作,力求對(duì)系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用環(huán)境有全面科學(xué)的認(rèn)識(shí)。 接下來(lái),設(shè)計(jì)非交通繁忙時(shí)間窗推薦模塊。該模塊的數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源為北京市交通委員會(huì)(http://www.bjjtw.gov.cn/)實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)布的交通指數(shù)。首先對(duì)交通指數(shù)的計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行概述;然后設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了——基于VBA的網(wǎng)頁(yè)爬蟲程序,以實(shí)現(xiàn)交通指數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)7×24小時(shí)的無(wú)人值守自動(dòng)收集;接下來(lái)評(píng)估數(shù)據(jù)收集缺失,并根據(jù)缺失類型分別應(yīng)用線性插值法和動(dòng)態(tài)因子法進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)修復(fù);然后設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了——交通指數(shù)時(shí)空分析報(bào)表系統(tǒng)以實(shí)現(xiàn)大量數(shù)據(jù)的自動(dòng)分析,分別基于時(shí)間和空間兩個(gè)維度量化了不同區(qū)域的交通擁堵規(guī)律,并論證了對(duì)于城市不同區(qū)域設(shè)置不同的非交通繁忙時(shí)間窗的可能性;最后基于交通指數(shù)采用數(shù)據(jù)可視化的方法確定不同區(qū)域非交通繁忙時(shí)間窗的區(qū)間。 然后,設(shè)計(jì)共同配送費(fèi)用分?jǐn)偰K。根據(jù)共同配送合作類型的不同,對(duì)于短期或臨時(shí)的共同配送伙伴設(shè)計(jì)了基于參與方、貨運(yùn)量或貨運(yùn)周轉(zhuǎn)量的簡(jiǎn)易一次分?jǐn)偰P;?duì)于規(guī)模企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期開展共同配送聯(lián)盟的情況,則設(shè)計(jì)了基于Shapley值的分?jǐn)偰P?該模型在考慮各方利益的同時(shí)較好的維護(hù)了聯(lián)盟的穩(wěn)定性。最后通過 一個(gè)算例對(duì)Shapley值分?jǐn)偡ㄟM(jìn)行了演示說(shuō)明。最后,在傳統(tǒng)物流信息平臺(tái)功能設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合前兩部分的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì),采用Struts1.2框架使用JSP和MySQL技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了——帶時(shí)間窗推薦的城市貨運(yùn)共同配送系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)獲得計(jì)算機(jī)軟件著作權(quán)一項(xiàng)。在論文的總結(jié)部分,在總結(jié)論述研究工作和結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上,指出研究的不足之處和展望。
[Abstract]:As an advanced way of urban freight distribution, the benefits and advantages of common distribution have been recognized by scholars and experts. With the development of e-commerce and Internet information technology. There are many common distribution platforms and logistics information platforms in the market. At present, its function is mainly limited to the release of source and vehicle information. This paper develops and designs a common distribution system of urban freight transport with time window, and carries out a detailed investigation in the application environment. In the function has carried on the positive expansion. First of all, the research and analysis of the application environment of the system-Beijing city freight market. Compared with freight intercity trunk transportation, urban freight distribution has more constraints and limitations. But this highlights the necessity and urgency of urban freight joint distribution. This part mainly from the city freight macro data and freight market research two aspects of the work. Strive to have a comprehensive and scientific understanding of the application environment of the system. Next. Design a non-rush hour window recommendation module based on data from Beijing Traffic Commission http: / / www.bjjtw.gov.cnr. Real time dynamic traffic index. First, the calculation method of traffic index is summarized. Then, a web crawler program based on VBA is developed to realize the automatic collection of traffic index data in 7 脳 24 hours. Then the missing data collection is evaluated, and the linear interpolation method and the dynamic factor method are used to repair the data according to the missing type. Then we design and develop a space-time analysis report system of traffic index to realize the automatic analysis of a large number of data, quantifying the traffic congestion law of different regions based on two dimensions of time and space respectively. It also demonstrates the possibility of setting different non-traffic peak time windows for different areas of the city. Finally, based on the traffic index, the data visualization method is used to determine the interval of the non-busy time window in different regions. Then, the co-distribution cost allocation module is designed. According to the different types of co-distribution cooperation, the short-term or temporary co-distribution partners are designed based on the participants. A simple one-time allocation model for freight volume or freight turnover; For large-scale enterprises to carry out joint distribution alliance for a long time, the allocation model based on Shapley value is designed. The model not only considers the interests of all parties, but also maintains the stability of the alliance. Finally, based on the traditional logistics information platform function design, combined with the first two parts of the innovative design. By using Struts1.2 framework, JSP and MySQL technology are used to design and develop the urban freight joint distribution system with time window recommendation. The development of the system acquires the copyright of computer software. In the part of summary of the thesis, on the basis of summing up the research work and conclusion, the deficiency and prospect of the research are pointed out.
