【摘要】：摘要：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的縱深推進(jìn),我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)加快“走出去”的步伐,然而國(guó)際市場(chǎng)環(huán)境不確定性進(jìn)一步加劇,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)面臨了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),因此如何在復(fù)雜多變的國(guó)際工程承包市場(chǎng)中維持并促進(jìn)自身的發(fā)展成為建筑企業(yè)當(dāng)前面臨的重要問(wèn)題。 本文以我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)在國(guó)際工程承包中的動(dòng)態(tài)能力為研究對(duì)象,在分析建筑企業(yè)國(guó)際工程承包特點(diǎn)的前提下,以Teece提出的動(dòng)態(tài)能力的三個(gè)維度,即環(huán)境感知能力、抓住機(jī)遇能力和資源整合、重構(gòu)能力為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)分析和咨詢相關(guān)專家意見(jiàn)的方法確定了評(píng)價(jià)建筑企業(yè)國(guó)際工程承包動(dòng)態(tài)能力的13個(gè)指標(biāo)。建立模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,利用層次分析法確定了各指標(biāo)對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)能力的影響權(quán)重,然后通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查獲得初始評(píng)價(jià)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)中交路橋的國(guó)際工程承包動(dòng)態(tài)能力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行綜合應(yīng)用與驗(yàn)證,其結(jié)果與企業(yè)實(shí)際情況相一致,從而驗(yàn)證了本文的研究具有實(shí)用價(jià)值。最后根據(jù)各指標(biāo)對(duì)建筑企業(yè)國(guó)際工程承包動(dòng)態(tài)能力的影響程度大小,從建筑企業(yè)的組織柔性、對(duì)內(nèi)部環(huán)境感知能力、對(duì)國(guó)際工程承包市場(chǎng)利益相關(guān)者的感知能力、在國(guó)際工程承包市場(chǎng)的學(xué)習(xí)吸收能力、企業(yè)家精神、對(duì)國(guó)際宏觀環(huán)境感知能力和在國(guó)際工程承包市場(chǎng)的創(chuàng)新能力等方面提出了建筑企業(yè)國(guó)際工程承包動(dòng)態(tài)能力的提升措施。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the deepening of economic globalization, Chinese construction enterprises accelerate the pace of "going out". However, the uncertainty of international market environment is becoming more and more serious, and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Chinese construction enterprises are faced with severe challenges, so how to maintain and promote their own development in the complex and changeable international engineering contracting market has become an important problem facing construction enterprises at present. This paper takes the dynamic capability of Chinese construction enterprises in international engineering contracting as the research object, under the premise of analyzing the characteristics of international engineering contracting of construction enterprises, three dimensions of dynamic capability proposed by Teece. That is, the ability to perceive the environment, seize the opportunity and the integration of resources, reconstruction ability as the basis. By means of literature analysis and consultation with relevant experts, 13 indexes for evaluating the dynamic capability of international engineering contracting of construction enterprises are determined, and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established. The influence weight of each index on dynamic ability is determined by AHP, and the initial evaluation data are obtained by questionnaire to evaluate the dynamic ability of international project contracting of Zhongjiao Road Bridge. The comprehensive application and verification of the evaluation method show that the results are consistent with the actual situation of the enterprise. Finally, according to the degree of impact of each index on the dynamic ability of international engineering contracting of construction enterprises, from the organizational flexibility of the construction enterprises, the perception of the internal environment ability. The perceived ability of stakeholders in the international project contracting market, the ability to learn and absorb in the international engineering contracting market, and the entrepreneurial spirit. This paper puts forward some measures to enhance the dynamic capability of international engineering contracting of construction enterprises in the aspects of international macro-environment perception ability and innovation ability of international engineering contracting market.
