【摘要】：合肥市作為我國服務(wù)外包示范城市之一,近年來服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速。但值得注意的是,就橫向比較而言,合肥市與其他示范城市之間仍有不小的差距。因此研究該差距存在的原因并加以彌補(bǔ)很有必要。本文從合肥市服務(wù)外包發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),提出發(fā)展過程中存在的問題,對(duì)合肥市服務(wù)外包影響因素及合肥市與其他服務(wù)外包示范城市競爭力進(jìn)行實(shí)證比較分析,進(jìn)而得出結(jié)論,并根據(jù)實(shí)證結(jié)果提出合肥市增強(qiáng)服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的針對(duì)性對(duì)策建議。實(shí)證分析結(jié)果表明合肥市盡管擁有較為豐富的人力資源和相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)支持,但沒有得到有效利用。在嚴(yán)重低于示范城市平均水平的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)水平的影響下,合肥市服務(wù)外包競爭力水平偏弱。而合肥服務(wù)外包影響因素的實(shí)證分析也表明市場規(guī)模、服務(wù)業(yè)比重與服務(wù)外包競爭力之間呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系。為增強(qiáng)服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力水平,本文從政府、行業(yè)、企業(yè)三個(gè)層面分別給出對(duì)策建議。全文包括六章節(jié)內(nèi)容。第一章主要介紹選題背景、研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及存在的創(chuàng)新與不足。第二章介紹服務(wù)外包相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)概念和競爭力理論,為本文的闡述分析提供理論支持。第三章介紹合肥市服務(wù)外包發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與存在的問題,并在介紹其他示范城市服務(wù)外包發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀后對(duì)比示范城市間服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展差距。第四章首先對(duì)"鉆石"模型在服務(wù)外包業(yè)的適用進(jìn)行改進(jìn),然后從改進(jìn)后模型的五大指標(biāo)中選取六大代表因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,進(jìn)而研究其如何影響合肥市服務(wù)外包的發(fā)展。第五章首先細(xì)化改進(jìn)后"鉆石"模型競爭力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),然后運(yùn)用因子分析法實(shí)證分析合肥市與其他示范城市服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力水平,最后根據(jù)排名結(jié)果找出合肥市服務(wù)外包發(fā)展差距所在。第六章根據(jù)前文實(shí)證研究成果得出研究結(jié)論,并從政府、行業(yè)、企業(yè)三方面提出提升合肥市服務(wù)外包競爭力的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Hefei is one of the demonstration cities of service outsourcing in China. In recent years, the service outsourcing industry has developed rapidly. But it is worth noting that, in terms of horizontal comparison. There is still a large gap between Hefei and other demonstration cities. Therefore, it is necessary to study the reasons for the gap and make up for it. Put forward the existing problems in the process of development, Hefei City service outsourcing factors and Hefei and other service outsourcing demonstration city competitiveness of empirical comparative analysis, and then reached a conclusion. According to the empirical results, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of service outsourcing industry in Hefei. The empirical results show that Hefei has abundant human resources and related industry support. However, it has not been effectively utilized. Under the influence of the level of economic development and the level of infrastructure construction, which is seriously lower than the average level of the demonstration city. The competitiveness level of Hefei service outsourcing is weak, and the empirical analysis of the influencing factors of Hefei service outsourcing also shows the market scale. There is a positive correlation between the proportion of service industry and the competitiveness of service outsourcing. In order to enhance the competitiveness of service outsourcing industry, this paper starts from the government and industry. The thesis includes six chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the background of the topic and the significance of the research. Domestic and foreign research status and existing innovations and shortcomings. Chapter two introduces the basic concepts of service outsourcing and competitiveness theory. The third chapter introduces the current situation and existing problems of service outsourcing in Hefei. After introducing the current situation of service outsourcing in other demonstration cities, the paper compares the development gap of service outsourcing industry between demonstration cities. Chapter 4th first improves the application of "diamond" model in service outsourcing industry. Then six representative factors are selected from the five indexes of the improved model for empirical analysis. Then it studies how it affects the development of Hefei service outsourcing. Chapter 5th firstly refines the improved "diamond" model competitiveness evaluation index. Then using factor analysis empirical analysis of Hefei and other demonstration cities of service outsourcing industry competitiveness level. Finally, according to the ranking results to find out the gap in the development of service outsourcing in Hefei. 6th chapter according to the previous empirical research results to draw conclusions, and from the government, industry. Three aspects of enterprises proposed to improve the competitiveness of Hefei City service outsourcing countermeasures.
