【摘要】:電子商務(wù)與供應(yīng)鏈管理之間是一種相輔相成的發(fā)展關(guān)系,電子商務(wù)可以增強(qiáng)供應(yīng)鏈管理模式的發(fā)展,為機(jī)電企業(yè)的可持續(xù)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展提供支持,供應(yīng)鏈管理模式則可以改善電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與空間,加快電子商務(wù)的內(nèi)部改革創(chuàng)新。電子商務(wù)與供應(yīng)鏈管理的整合代表制造業(yè)的一次重大改革。然而,改革畢竟剛剛開始,面對的問題很多也很復(fù)雜。本文想通過上海愛姆意公司為案例進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的研究,以期為上海愛姆意公司供應(yīng)鏈管理創(chuàng)新的轉(zhuǎn)型提供理論依據(jù);通過文獻(xiàn)、案例研究法對全文進(jìn)行深入性的多層次分析,從根本上揭示了上海愛姆意公司供應(yīng)鏈管理中存在的主要問題,并以此為根本提出相應(yīng)的解決對策。從一個側(cè)面更清晰地認(rèn)識上海愛姆意公司供應(yīng)鏈管理創(chuàng)新策略未來的發(fā)展變化。最終結(jié)合公司自身情況及所面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,對公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行明確定位,確定公司今后的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。同時,通過上海愛姆意公司針對供應(yīng)鏈管理的研究,提出企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理模式成為了企業(yè)未來發(fā)展中必不可少的部分的問題,為其他公司實現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型提供了良好的示范。愛姆意公司在電子商務(wù)的轉(zhuǎn)型過程中,各個部門之間的聯(lián)系越來越緊密,因此公司內(nèi)部員工也逐漸認(rèn)可了這種管理模式。與此同時,上海愛姆意公司在經(jīng)營體制上進(jìn)行了改革,不斷的調(diào)整企業(yè)愿景與經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略,使其成為長久的可持續(xù)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展目標(biāo),而愛姆意公司也在認(rèn)清楚自身發(fā)展的前提下制定適合企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略。愛姆意公司戰(zhàn)略模式的轉(zhuǎn)型扭轉(zhuǎn)了公司當(dāng)前的發(fā)展模式,也減小了愛姆意公司向平臺型B2B電子商務(wù)模式轉(zhuǎn)型時的阻力。
[Abstract]:E-commerce and supply chain management is a complementary development relationship. E-commerce can enhance the development of supply chain management model and provide support for the sustainable strategic development of mechanical and electrical enterprises. Supply chain management model can improve the development strategy and space of e-commerce, accelerate the internal reform and innovation of e-commerce. The integration of e-commerce and supply chain management represents a major reform in manufacturing. After all, the reform has just begun, many of the problems are also very complex. In order to provide the theoretical basis for the transformation of supply chain management innovation of Shanghai Emoy Company; Through the literature, the case study method to carry on the thorough multi-level analysis to the full text, from the root has revealed the main question in the Shanghai Emoy Company's supply chain management. Based on this, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. A clearer understanding of the future development and change of supply chain management innovation strategy of Shanghai Emoy Company is made. Finally, combined with the company's own situation and the internal and external environment faced by the company, the future development of the innovation strategy of supply chain management is more clearly understood. Circumstances. The development strategy of the company is clearly positioned to determine the company's future development goals. At the same time, through the Shanghai Emoy Company for supply chain management research. Put forward the enterprise supply chain management model has become an essential part of the future development of enterprises, and provide a good example for other companies to achieve transformation. The relationship between the various departments is getting closer and closer, so the internal staff of the company also gradually recognized the management model. At the same time, Shanghai Emoy Company has carried on the reform in the management system. Constantly adjust the enterprise vision and business strategy to make it a long-term sustainable strategic development goal. On the premise of recognizing its own development, the company also formulated a strategy suitable for the development of the enterprise. The transformation of the company's strategic model reversed the current development model of the company. It also reduces the resistance of EMI to a platform-based B2B e-commerce model.
