【摘要】：隨著會(huì)展業(yè)的發(fā)展,場(chǎng)館的建設(shè)也日益興盛,場(chǎng)館的過(guò)度建設(shè)導(dǎo)致了大量場(chǎng)館的閑置,同時(shí)也呈現(xiàn)出一系列的問(wèn)題。如何在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的場(chǎng)館之間脫穎而出,加強(qiáng)場(chǎng)館的管理和服務(wù),充分發(fā)揮場(chǎng)館對(duì)會(huì)展業(yè)的支撐作用。如何使場(chǎng)館的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理模式成為提升場(chǎng)館知名度及參展商和觀眾滿意度的關(guān)鍵因素,使場(chǎng)館管理服務(wù)更好的服務(wù)于經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展。為此,選擇大連世界博覽廣場(chǎng)作為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)分析其場(chǎng)館運(yùn)營(yíng)管理現(xiàn)狀,指出其運(yùn)營(yíng)管理模式中存在的問(wèn)題與不足,提出具有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策及建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of the exhibition industry, the construction of the stadium is also increasingly prosperous, excessive construction venues led to a large number of idle venues, but also presents a series of questions. How in the fierce competition between talent shows itself venues, strengthen the facility management and services, give full play to the supporting role of the venue of exhibition industry. How to make the facility operation the management mode has become a key factor in the venues to enhance visibility and exhibitors and audience satisfaction, better venue management services in the economic and social development. Therefore, the choice of Dalian World Expo Center as the research object, through the analysis of the facility operation management status, points out the existing mode of operation and management of the problems and shortcomings, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
