【摘要】：國際游資的全球流動(dòng)給世界各國特別是發(fā)展中國家?guī)砹艘欢ǖ臎_擊,一些國家也采取了一些監(jiān)管措施,有的還取得了較好的效果,削弱了國際游資的沖擊。作為一個(gè)發(fā)展中大國,我們有必要借鑒一些國家特別是發(fā)展中國家在監(jiān)管國際游資方面取得的經(jīng)驗(yàn),同時(shí)也從中吸取教訓(xùn),為我國有效防范國際游資的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提供參考。
[Abstract]:The global flow of international hot capital has brought some impact to all countries in the world, especially to the developing countries. Some countries have also taken some regulatory measures, and some have achieved good results, weakening the impact of international hot capital. As a large developing country, it is necessary for us to learn from the experience gained by some countries, especially developing countries, in supervising international hot capital, and to draw lessons from it, so as to provide reference for our country to effectively prevent the risk of international hot money.
