【摘要】：2011年以來,在銀行信貸緊縮、股市樓市財(cái)富效應(yīng)暗淡的宏觀背景下,溫州等地部分中小企業(yè)出現(xiàn)資金鏈斷裂和企業(yè)主出走現(xiàn)象,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定造成一定影響。民間融資旺盛的生命力,說明了其存在的合理性,也暴露出相關(guān)制度的缺陷。基于對(duì)漯河市民間融資市場(chǎng)的調(diào)研,分析我國(guó)民間融資活躍的制度性原因,以期提出引導(dǎo)民間融資規(guī)范發(fā)展的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since 2011, under the macro background of bank credit crunch and dim wealth effect in stock market, some small and medium-sized enterprises in Wenzhou and other places have broken capital chain and run away, which has a certain impact on economic and social stability. The exuberant vitality of private financing explains the rationality of its existence and exposes the defects of the relevant system. Based on the investigation of Luohe private financing market, this paper analyzes the institutional reasons for the active private financing in China, and puts forward some policy suggestions to guide the standardized development of private financing.
