【摘要】：人民幣國際化是中國全面參與全球經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的需要，穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)人民幣國際化是時(shí)代的要求。近幾年來，我國逐步出臺(tái)了多項(xiàng)舉措強(qiáng)力推動(dòng)人民幣國際化，人民幣國際化程度有了很大提高，但應(yīng)該看到，人民幣國際化進(jìn)程中還存在一些問題阻礙其進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)。2013年中國（上海）自由貿(mào)易試驗(yàn)區(qū)（簡稱上海自貿(mào)區(qū)）的設(shè)立為人民幣國際化進(jìn)程開啟了新的契機(jī)，增添了新的助力。深入探討自貿(mào)區(qū)在推進(jìn)人民幣國際化進(jìn)程中的意義，充分發(fā)揮自貿(mào)區(qū)在推進(jìn)人民幣國際化方面的作用，旨在加快人民幣國際化進(jìn)程。 本文首先在闡明貨幣國際化基本理論的基礎(chǔ)上，介紹了人民幣國際化的進(jìn)程，全面、系統(tǒng)地分析了人民幣國際化的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題。接著闡明了上海自貿(mào)區(qū)的設(shè)立以及金融創(chuàng)新對推進(jìn)人民幣國際化進(jìn)程的積極意義，同時(shí)也分析了存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，并指出在做好風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)控的前提下，應(yīng)謹(jǐn)慎的放開資本項(xiàng)目可兌換和實(shí)施存款利率的市場化。最后就如何充分發(fā)揮自貿(mào)區(qū)對推進(jìn)人民幣國際化的作用提出對策建議。提出的建議有：加強(qiáng)上海作為人民幣離岸市場的建設(shè)；落實(shí)自貿(mào)區(qū)相關(guān)政策，以發(fā)揮自貿(mào)區(qū)對人民幣國際化進(jìn)程的積極影響；不斷總結(jié)自貿(mào)區(qū)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，把人民幣國際化推向前進(jìn)；繼續(xù)深化自貿(mào)區(qū)改革，進(jìn)行金融創(chuàng)新，^w做好自貿(mào)區(qū)的金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范。

[Abstract]:RMB internationalization is the need for China to participate in global economic activities in an all-round way, and steadily promoting RMB internationalization is the requirement of the times. In recent years, China has gradually introduced a number of measures to promote the internationalization of RMB, and the degree of internationalization of RMB has been greatly improved, but it should be noted that there are still some problems in the process of RMB internationalization that hinder the progress of RMB internationalization. The establishment of China (Shanghai) Free Trade Experimental Zone (abbreviated as Shanghai Free Trade Zone) in 2013 opened up new opportunities and added new help to the process of RMB internationalization. This paper probes into the significance of the free trade zone in promoting the internationalization of RMB, and gives full play to the role of the free trade zone in promoting the internationalization of RMB, in order to speed up the process of internationalization of RMB. First of all, on the basis of expounding the basic theory of currency internationalization, this paper introduces the process of RMB internationalization, and comprehensively and systematically analyzes the present situation and existing problems of RMB internationalization. Then it expounds the positive significance of the establishment of Shanghai Free Trade Zone and financial innovation to promote the internationalization of RMB, analyzes the existing risks, and points out that under the premise of doing a good job of risk monitoring, we should carefully liberalize the convertibility of capital account and implement the marketization of deposit interest rate. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to give full play to the role of free trade zone in promoting RMB internationalization. The suggestions are as follows: strengthening the construction of Shanghai as RMB offshore market; implementing the relevant policies of free trade zone in order to give full play to the positive influence of free trade zone on the process of RMB internationalization; constantly summing up the experience of free trade area and pushing the internationalization of RMB forward; continue to deepen the reform of free trade area, carry on financial innovation, and do a good job in preventing the financial risk of free trade area.
