【摘要】：作為中小企業(yè)重要的金融支持,供應(yīng)鏈金融正不斷地變換形態(tài),以更加復(fù)雜的形式為中小企業(yè)提供著更加便捷的服務(wù)。如何充分發(fā)揮供應(yīng)鏈金融服務(wù)中小企業(yè)的作用,有效降低中小企業(yè)融資成本,提高中小企業(yè)資金使用效率,對促進(jìn)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。 通過閱讀文獻(xiàn)和實地考察對供應(yīng)鏈金融理論和實踐現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入研究,梳理了供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)模式和管理模式存在的主要問題,提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)意見。 通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)擁有較強資金實力的商業(yè)銀行存在很多問題。諸如機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置不靈活,對供應(yīng)鏈金融工具重視不夠,營銷方向不合理；過度依賴核心企業(yè),思維保守,依然提留在依托核心企業(yè)去推廣供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù),對于競爭者缺乏足夠的包容態(tài)度,不能積極和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融(尤其是電商)企業(yè)進(jìn)行正面競爭并采取積極的態(tài)度進(jìn)行合作。 這些都使真正高效、普惠的供應(yīng)鏈金融體系難以快速建立起來。本文針對以上問題進(jìn)行分析并提出了政策建議：提倡建立供應(yīng)鏈金融專設(shè)部門,大力培養(yǎng)供應(yīng)鏈專業(yè)人才隊伍,加快儲備能適應(yīng)供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)要求的高素質(zhì)人才；改革薪酬制度體系,提高工作人員工作積極性；加快新型供應(yīng)鏈金融平臺的建設(shè)與合作,充分利用好互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺服務(wù)中小企業(yè),擺脫核心企業(yè)依賴；在對外方面,積極同電子商務(wù)企業(yè)合作,參與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融競爭。通過多重措施打造新型互聯(lián)網(wǎng)供應(yīng)鏈金融體系。
[Abstract]:As an important financial support for small and medium-sized enterprises, supply chain finance is constantly changing its form, providing more convenient services for small and medium-sized enterprises in a more complex form. How to give full play to the role of supply chain financial services small and medium-sized enterprises, effectively reduce the financing costs of small and medium-sized enterprises, improve the efficiency of the use of funds of small and medium-sized enterprises, is of great significance to promote the sustained and healthy development of China's economy. Through reading the literature and field investigation, this paper makes a deep study on the theory and practice of supply chain finance, combs the main problems existing in the supply chain financial business model and management mode, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions for improvement. Through the study, it is found that there are many problems in commercial banks with strong capital strength. Such as inflexible institutional setting, insufficient attention to supply chain financial instruments, unreasonable marketing direction; excessive dependence on core enterprises, conservative thinking, still relying on core enterprises to promote supply chain financial business, lack of adequate tolerance attitude towards competitors, can not actively compete with Internet finance (especially e-commerce) enterprises and take a positive attitude to cooperate. These make it difficult to establish a truly efficient and inclusive supply chain financial system. In view of the above problems, this paper analyzes and puts forward some policy suggestions: advocate the establishment of special departments of supply chain finance, vigorously train the team of supply chain professionals, speed up the reserve of high-quality talents who can meet the requirements of supply chain financial business, reform the salary system and improve the enthusiasm of staff. Speed up the construction and cooperation of the new supply chain financial platform, make full use of the Internet platform to serve small and medium-sized enterprises, get rid of the dependence of the core enterprises, and actively cooperate with e-commerce enterprises to participate in the Internet financial competition. Through multiple measures to build a new Internet supply chain financial system.
