我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:20世紀(jì)90年代中期,國(guó)家為了解決城市信用社在發(fā)展過程中暴露的諸多問題,決定在此基礎(chǔ)上組建城市商業(yè)銀行。其主要任務(wù)是為地方經(jīng)濟(jì)和中小企業(yè)提供金融支持。經(jīng)過二十年的發(fā)展,城市商業(yè)銀行已經(jīng)成為中國(guó)銀行業(yè)體系中具有較強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)意識(shí)和創(chuàng)新能力的群體,在促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中發(fā)揮著重要作用。商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效不僅關(guān)系到自身的生存和發(fā)展,,而且對(duì)金融資源的優(yōu)化配置也會(huì)產(chǎn)生重要影響。然而,與大中型商業(yè)銀行相比,城市商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效還存在明顯的差距,究其原因,股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理是重要因素之一。雖然許多城市商業(yè)銀行也都建立起了公司制的法人治理結(jié)構(gòu),但股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)的不合理在一定程度上制約了公司治理機(jī)制效用的發(fā)揮,直接影響城市商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的提高。在此背景下,本文以城市商業(yè)銀行為主體,對(duì)其股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的關(guān)系展開研究,試圖為城市商業(yè)銀行優(yōu)化股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)、提高經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效提供借鑒和參考。 本文首先對(duì)股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了論述,具體闡述了股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效之間的關(guān)系。然后,深入分析了我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀及其問題,并從盈利能力、經(jīng)營(yíng)增長(zhǎng)、資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量和償付能力四個(gè)方面對(duì)其經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效進(jìn)行了分析和評(píng)價(jià)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過構(gòu)建面板數(shù)據(jù)模型實(shí)證分析了股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的影響。結(jié)合實(shí)證結(jié)果,文章從著力優(yōu)化股權(quán)集中度、適度調(diào)整股權(quán)屬性結(jié)構(gòu)、適時(shí)引進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略投資者和切實(shí)加強(qiáng)對(duì)股東行為的監(jiān)管等角度提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議,以實(shí)現(xiàn)城市商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的不斷提升。 文章的創(chuàng)新之處在于:一是以往對(duì)銀行業(yè)的研究主要集中于大型國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行與中型股份制商業(yè)銀行,而本文選取城市商業(yè)銀行作為研究主體,具有一定的創(chuàng)新性。二是本文篩選了三十多家城市商業(yè)銀行2008年到2012年的最新經(jīng)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù),代表了各銀行的最新發(fā)展情況和趨勢(shì),使得研究具有更強(qiáng)的時(shí)效性。三是通過與中型股份制商業(yè)銀行的對(duì)比,對(duì)城市商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效進(jìn)行了縱向評(píng)價(jià)。在后續(xù)的研究過程中,筆者從盈利能力、經(jīng)營(yíng)增長(zhǎng)、資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量和償付能力四個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效指標(biāo)體系,并利用層次分析法得到了經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的綜合指標(biāo),這與已有研究相比也存在不同。
[Abstract]:In the mid-1990s, in order to solve many problems exposed in the development of urban credit cooperatives, the state decided to set up urban commercial banks on this basis. Its main task is to provide financial support for the local economy and small and medium-sized enterprises. After 20 years of development, urban commercial banks have become a group with strong market awareness and innovation ability in the Chinese banking system, and play an important role in promoting the development of the national economy. The operating performance of commercial banks is not only related to their own survival and development, but also has an important impact on the optimal allocation of financial resources. However, compared with large and medium-sized commercial banks, there is still an obvious gap in the operating performance of urban commercial banks. The reason is that the unreasonable ownership structure is one of the important factors. Although many urban commercial banks have also established a corporate governance structure, the unreasonable ownership structure restricts the effectiveness of the corporate governance mechanism to a certain extent, and directly affects the improvement of the operating performance of urban commercial banks. Under this background, this paper takes the city commercial bank as the main body, carries on the research to its ownership structure and the management performance relations, attempts to provide the reference and the reference for the city commercial bank to optimize the ownership structure and improve the management performance. Firstly, this paper discusses the related theories of ownership structure and operating performance, and expounds the relationship between ownership structure and operating performance. Then, the present situation and problems of the ownership structure of urban commercial banks in China are deeply analyzed, and their operating performance is analyzed and evaluated from four aspects: profitability, business growth, asset quality and solvency. On this basis, the impact of ownership structure on operating performance is empirically analyzed by constructing panel data model. Combined with the empirical results, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the point of view of optimizing the degree of ownership concentration, moderately adjusting the ownership attribute structure, introducing strategic investors at the right time and strengthening the supervision of shareholders' behavior. In order to achieve the continuous improvement of the performance of urban commercial banks. The innovation of this paper lies in: first, the previous research on banking mainly focuses on large state-owned commercial banks and medium-sized joint-stock commercial banks, and this paper selects urban commercial banks as the main body of the research, which is innovative to a certain extent. Second, this paper selects the latest business data of more than 30 urban commercial banks from 2008 to 2012, which represents the latest development and trend of each bank, so that the research has a stronger timeliness. Third, through the comparison with the medium-sized joint-stock commercial banks, the operating performance of the city commercial banks is evaluated vertically. In the process of follow-up research, the author constructs the operating performance index system from four aspects: profitability, business growth, asset quality and solvency, and obtains the comprehensive index of operating performance by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP). This is also different from the existing research.
