我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的實(shí)證研究
[Abstract]:In the mid-1990s, in order to solve many problems exposed in the development of urban credit cooperatives, the state decided to set up urban commercial banks on this basis. Its main task is to provide financial support for the local economy and small and medium-sized enterprises. After 20 years of development, urban commercial banks have become a group with strong market awareness and innovation ability in the Chinese banking system, and play an important role in promoting the development of the national economy. The operating performance of commercial banks is not only related to their own survival and development, but also has an important impact on the optimal allocation of financial resources. However, compared with large and medium-sized commercial banks, there is still an obvious gap in the operating performance of urban commercial banks. The reason is that the unreasonable ownership structure is one of the important factors. Although many urban commercial banks have also established a corporate governance structure, the unreasonable ownership structure restricts the effectiveness of the corporate governance mechanism to a certain extent, and directly affects the improvement of the operating performance of urban commercial banks. Under this background, this paper takes the city commercial bank as the main body, carries on the research to its ownership structure and the management performance relations, attempts to provide the reference and the reference for the city commercial bank to optimize the ownership structure and improve the management performance. Firstly, this paper discusses the related theories of ownership structure and operating performance, and expounds the relationship between ownership structure and operating performance. Then, the present situation and problems of the ownership structure of urban commercial banks in China are deeply analyzed, and their operating performance is analyzed and evaluated from four aspects: profitability, business growth, asset quality and solvency. On this basis, the impact of ownership structure on operating performance is empirically analyzed by constructing panel data model. Combined with the empirical results, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the point of view of optimizing the degree of ownership concentration, moderately adjusting the ownership attribute structure, introducing strategic investors at the right time and strengthening the supervision of shareholders' behavior. In order to achieve the continuous improvement of the performance of urban commercial banks. The innovation of this paper lies in: first, the previous research on banking mainly focuses on large state-owned commercial banks and medium-sized joint-stock commercial banks, and this paper selects urban commercial banks as the main body of the research, which is innovative to a certain extent. Second, this paper selects the latest business data of more than 30 urban commercial banks from 2008 to 2012, which represents the latest development and trend of each bank, so that the research has a stronger timeliness. Third, through the comparison with the medium-sized joint-stock commercial banks, the operating performance of the city commercial banks is evaluated vertically. In the process of follow-up research, the author constructs the operating performance index system from four aspects: profitability, business growth, asset quality and solvency, and obtains the comprehensive index of operating performance by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP). This is also different from the existing research.
