【摘要】：本文首先建立模型分析在使貿(mào)易收支變動方差最小化條件下,匯率指數(shù)最優(yōu)權(quán)重的選取,也就是把匯率指數(shù)的構(gòu)建和貨幣政策的目標(biāo)結(jié)合起來。本文構(gòu)建了國際收支變動關(guān)于籃子貨幣權(quán)重的理論模型,根據(jù)貿(mào)易收支方差波動最小獲得籃子貨幣的最優(yōu)權(quán)重。進一步,本文對最優(yōu)權(quán)重進行了數(shù)值模擬分析,得到出口或進口穩(wěn)定的最優(yōu)籃子貨幣的權(quán)重,在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文模擬了人民幣對美元匯率的走勢,并比較了有效匯率穩(wěn)定目標(biāo)下籃子貨幣的權(quán)重和人民幣對美元匯率的變化。結(jié)合宏觀經(jīng)濟政策目標(biāo)重新確定參考籃子貨幣匯率指數(shù)權(quán)重,有利于完善和建立參考一籃子貨幣的匯率制度,為籃子貨幣制度制定提供理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a model is established to analyze the selection of the optimal weight of exchange rate index under the condition of minimizing the variance of trade balance change, that is, to combine the construction of exchange rate index with the goal of monetary policy. In this paper, the theoretical model of the weight of basket currency is constructed, and the optimal weight of basket currency is obtained according to the minimum fluctuation of variance of trade balance. Furthermore, this paper makes a numerical simulation analysis of the optimal weight, and obtains the weight of the optimal basket currency with stable export or import. On this basis, this paper simulates the trend of RMB exchange rate against the US dollar. The weight of basket currency and the change of RMB exchange rate against US dollar under the target of effective exchange rate stability are compared. According to the macroeconomic policy goal, the weight of the exchange rate index of the reference basket currency is redetermined, which is helpful to perfect and establish the exchange rate system of referring to a basket of currencies, and to provide theoretical guidance for the formulation of the basket currency system.
