【摘要】：本文基于福利效應(yīng)視角,從三個(gè)層面對(duì)我國(guó)銀行業(yè)引進(jìn)境外戰(zhàn)投的效果進(jìn)行理論分析;分別以2008年之前引進(jìn)戰(zhàn)投的25家商業(yè)銀行、4家大型商業(yè)銀行為對(duì)象進(jìn)行面板數(shù)據(jù)分析,從"入股比例效應(yīng)"、"入股時(shí)期效應(yīng)"研究引資的福利效應(yīng);提出了"適度開(kāi)放"的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the welfare effect, this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the effect of introducing foreign war investment into China's banking industry from three aspects. The panel data analysis of 25 commercial banks and 4 large commercial banks introduced before 2008 is carried out, and the welfare effect of attracting capital is studied from "proportion effect" and "period effect". The policy suggestions of "moderate openness" are put forward.
