【摘要】：本文選擇利用外資總額、人均利用外資、地均利用外資、外資占固定資產(chǎn)投資比重4個(gè)指標(biāo),運(yùn)用主成分分析法計(jì)算長(zhǎng)江三角洲16個(gè)城市的利用外資指數(shù)。結(jié)果顯示,長(zhǎng)江三角洲各城市利用外資指數(shù)差異顯著,可劃分為3種類(lèi)型。對(duì)利用外資指數(shù)與區(qū)位條件、經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)、政策環(huán)境等影響因素進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析,結(jié)果表明,利用外資指數(shù)與區(qū)位因素、政策因素高度相關(guān),而在經(jīng)濟(jì)因素中,工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值對(duì)利用外資指數(shù)影響最大,GDP、人均GDP、社會(huì)消費(fèi)品零售額、人均工資、電信業(yè)務(wù)總量、城市道路面積等也有顯著影響,而第三產(chǎn)業(yè)占GDP比重與利用外資指數(shù)的關(guān)系不顯著。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the total utilization of foreign capital, the per capita utilization of foreign capital, the utilization of foreign capital in all places, and the proportion of foreign capital in fixed assets investment are selected, and the index of foreign capital utilization in 16 cities in the Yangtze River Delta is calculated by principal component analysis (PCA). The results show that there are significant differences in the utilization index of foreign capital among cities in the Yangtze River Delta, which can be divided into three types. This paper analyzes the correlation between the index of utilization of foreign capital and the influencing factors such as location conditions, economic base and policy environment. The results show that the index of utilization of foreign capital is highly correlated with location factors and policy factors, while among the economic factors, The total industrial output value has the greatest influence on the utilization of foreign capital index. GDP, per capita retail sales of social consumer goods, per capita wages, total telecommunications business, urban road area and so on also have a significant impact. However, the relationship between the proportion of tertiary industry in GDP and the index of utilization of foreign capital is not significant.
