【摘要】：隨著人們生活水平的日益提高,財富積累日益集中,人們對于投資理財?shù)男枨笠踩找鎻娏?證券公司資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)正是為了滿足人們的投資理財需求而逐步發(fā)展起來。證券公司資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的市場競爭越來越激烈,在如此復(fù)雜的市場環(huán)境中即孕育著發(fā)展的機遇,也面臨著各種嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。相對于傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)而言,資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)將是證券公司未來創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的主要方向。 本文擬從國內(nèi)資產(chǎn)管理行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀分析出發(fā),結(jié)合華泰證券公司資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀、盈利現(xiàn)狀和渠道現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上運用一些科學(xué)的分析方法去發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,并針對問題找到有效的解決措施,因此,本選題不僅具有較強的理論與現(xiàn)實意義,而且對其他券商發(fā)展資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)也提供了很好的借鑒意義。本文的主要內(nèi)容有： 在證券公司資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)綜述部分,介紹券商資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的涵義、業(yè)務(wù)類型、特點、以及現(xiàn)階段我國證券公司資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。并通過比較信托、銀行、保險、基金等國內(nèi)其他理財產(chǎn)品的特點、規(guī)模及運作制度來反應(yīng)券商資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展前景與限制。 在華泰證券公司資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀部分,主要闡述了華泰證券公司資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,表現(xiàn)為資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品增長迅猛、渠道橫向化發(fā)展和盈利能力不俗的特點。 在華泰證券公司資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)SWOT分析部分,通過構(gòu)建SWOT矩陣模型,對華泰證券公司開展資管業(yè)務(wù)的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇與挑戰(zhàn)進行了分析,并選擇了華泰證券公司資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的最優(yōu)策略是采用SO戰(zhàn)略,即主要依靠金融創(chuàng)新大環(huán)境下給予的機遇,充分利用自身優(yōu)勢,促進資管業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展。 在華泰證券公司進一步發(fā)展資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的策略與實施方案部分,總結(jié)華泰證券公司進一步發(fā)展資管業(yè)務(wù)的主要策略,涵蓋市場競爭策略、風(fēng)險防范策略、信息技術(shù)策略和戰(zhàn)略合作策略,并從產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、信息系統(tǒng)搭建、營銷渠道整合、預(yù)警機制建立以及人才儲備五個方面提出了相應(yīng)的實施方案。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standards and the increasing concentration of wealth accumulation, the demand for investment and financial management is becoming stronger and stronger. The asset management business of securities companies is gradually developed to meet the needs of people's investment and financial management. The market competition of asset management business of securities companies is becoming more and more fierce. In such a complex market environment, it is pregnant with the opportunity of development, but also facing a variety of severe challenges. Compared with the traditional business, asset management business will be the main direction of the future innovation business development of securities companies. Based on the analysis of the present situation of domestic asset management industry, combined with the present situation of product development, profit and channel of asset management business of Huatai Securities Company, this paper uses some scientific analysis methods to find out the problems. And find effective solutions to the problem, therefore, this topic not only has a strong theoretical and practical significance, but also provides a good reference for other securities firms to develop asset management business. The main contents of this paper are as follows: in the part of summarizing the asset management business of securities companies, this paper introduces the meaning, business types and characteristics of asset management business of securities companies, as well as the present situation of the development of asset management business of securities companies in China. By comparing the characteristics, scale and operation system of other domestic wealth management products, such as trust, bank, insurance, fund and so on, the development prospect and limitation of asset management business of securities firms are reflected. In the part of asset management business of Huatai Securities Company, this paper mainly expounds the development status of asset management business of Huatai Securities Company, which is characterized by the rapid growth of asset management business products, the horizontal development of channels and the good profitability of Huatai Securities Company. In the part of SWOT analysis of asset management business of Huatai Securities Company, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of carrying out capital management business of Huatai Securities Company are analyzed by constructing SWOT matrix model. The optimal strategy of asset management business of Huatai Securities Company is to adopt SO strategy, that is, to make full use of its own advantages and promote the development of capital management business by relying mainly on the opportunities given by the financial innovation environment. In the part of strategy and implementation scheme of further developing asset management business of Huatai Securities Company, this paper summarizes the main strategies of further developing capital management business of Huatai Securities Company, including market competition strategy and risk prevention strategy. The information technology strategy and strategic cooperation strategy are put forward from five aspects: product innovation, information system construction, marketing channel integration, early warning mechanism establishment and talent reserve.
