后危機時代我國商業(yè)銀行價值鏈轉型策略研究

【摘要】:從金融功能觀出發(fā)對商業(yè)銀行價值鏈進行了解析。借鑒全球銀行業(yè)向全功能金融服務商轉型的歷史經(jīng)驗,指出后危機時代我國商業(yè)銀行以規(guī)模擴張和同質化為特征的價值鏈已經(jīng)難以持續(xù),必須以客戶為中心,從間接融資中介向金融服務中介轉型。轉型措施包括制定差異化的競爭策略、優(yōu)化內部價值鏈、建設外部價值鏈、打造金融服務價值鏈網(wǎng)絡。
[Abstract]:From the view of financial function, this paper analyzes the value chain of commercial banks. Referring to the historical experience of the transition from global banking to full-function financial service providers, this paper points out that the value chain characterized by scale expansion and homogenization in China's commercial banks in the post-crisis era is difficult to sustain and must be customer-centric. From indirect financing intermediary to financial services intermediary transformation. The transformation measures include establishing differentiated competitive strategies, optimizing internal value chain, building external value chain and building financial service value chain network.
