交通銀行私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)是商業(yè)銀行向高凈值的個(gè)人客戶(hù)提供的一系列金融服務(wù),服務(wù)的水平和等級(jí)要高于一般的銀行零售客戶(hù)業(yè)務(wù)。私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)務(wù)是一項(xiàng)與金融產(chǎn)品和金融技術(shù)緊密結(jié)合的服務(wù),是體現(xiàn)商業(yè)銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的金融業(yè)務(wù)。在國(guó)外,銀行私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)歷史悠久,是銀行重要的利潤(rùn)來(lái)源。在國(guó)內(nèi),財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)已逐步形成體系,隨著居民財(cái)富不斷積聚,私人銀行客戶(hù)市場(chǎng)蘊(yùn)藏著巨大的潛力,發(fā)展私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)作為銀行利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),已經(jīng)越來(lái)越成為中資和外資銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的焦點(diǎn)。本文首先通過(guò)對(duì)銀行私人銀行發(fā)展的起源及發(fā)展脈絡(luò)進(jìn)行分析,理論闡述了銀行私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)于銀行發(fā)展的意義和價(jià)值;然后,文章從發(fā)展模式、目標(biāo)客戶(hù)、組織架構(gòu)和服務(wù)內(nèi)容等方面詳細(xì)分析了國(guó)外私人銀行發(fā)展情況,為國(guó)內(nèi)私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展提供借鑒;接下來(lái),文章從我國(guó)私人銀行現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)市場(chǎng)的目標(biāo)客戶(hù)、市場(chǎng)潛力、客戶(hù)類(lèi)型和服務(wù)需求等進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,為交通銀行針對(duì)客戶(hù)需求開(kāi)展私人銀行提供了市場(chǎng)依據(jù)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文進(jìn)一步分析了交通銀行私人銀行發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,并從全方位、多角度地分析了交行發(fā)展私人銀行業(yè)面臨的外部問(wèn)題及內(nèi)部問(wèn)題,包括:政策制度限制、法律環(huán)境缺陷、行業(yè)發(fā)展瓶頸、理財(cái)產(chǎn)品形式單一、服務(wù)內(nèi)容同質(zhì)化、市場(chǎng)定位不明確、品牌認(rèn)知度不高、缺乏專(zhuān)業(yè)化人才。針對(duì)面臨的外部及內(nèi)部問(wèn)題,文章詳細(xì)分析了問(wèn)題的成因。最后,針對(duì)交行發(fā)展私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)面臨的外部問(wèn)題,本文提出了打破政策限制、完善法律體系、加快市場(chǎng)化進(jìn)程等策略,針對(duì)內(nèi)部問(wèn)題,本文提出了通過(guò)產(chǎn)品策略、服務(wù)策略、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策略、人才策略、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理策略等解決問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Private banking is a series of financial services provided by commercial banks to high-value personal clients, and the level and level of services is higher than that of ordinary bank retail clients. Private banking is a closely integrated service with financial products and financial technology, which is a financial business that embodies the core competitiveness of commercial banks. In foreign countries, the bank private banking has a long history and is an important source of profit of the bank. In the country, the business of wealth management has gradually formed a system. With the accumulation of the wealth of the residents, the market of the private bank accounts for a great potential, and the development of private banking as the growth point of the bank's profit has become the focus of the competition between the Chinese-funded and foreign-funded banks. This paper first analyses the origin and development of the development of the private bank of the bank, and expounds the significance and value of the bank's private banking on the development of the bank, and then, from the development model and the target customer, The development of private bank in foreign countries is analyzed in detail in terms of organizational structure and service content, which can be used for reference for the development of domestic private banking. The customer type and service demand are analyzed in detail to provide the market basis for the Bank of Communications to carry out the private bank for the customer's needs. On the basis of this, this paper further analyses the present situation of the development of the private banking of the Bank of Communications, and analyses the external problems and internal problems facing the private banking industry from all aspects, including the limitation of the policy system, the defects of the legal environment and the bottleneck of the development of the industry. The form of the wealth management product is single, the service content is homogenized, the market position is not clear, the brand awareness is not high, and the professional talents are lacking. In the light of the external and internal problems, the paper analyzes the cause of the problem in detail. Finally, in the light of the external problems facing the development of private banking, this paper puts forward the strategy of breaking the policy limit, improving the legal system, and speeding up the market-oriented process. In the light of the internal problem, this paper puts forward the strategy of product, service strategy, marketing strategy and talent strategy. The risk management strategy and the like solve the problem.
