【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的不斷深入,國際服務(wù)貿(mào)易在世界進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易中所占比重逐漸加大,而金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易作為服務(wù)貿(mào)易中的重要組成部分,對其它貿(mào)易的發(fā)展有較強(qiáng)的推動作用。自加入wTO以來,我國金融市場不斷開放,金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易快速發(fā)展,但由于起步較晚,與其他發(fā)達(dá)國家相比還存在一定差距,特別是與金融強(qiáng)國美國相比,我國的金融服務(wù)體系尚不健全,監(jiān)管機(jī)制也不盡完善。為盡快與世界發(fā)達(dá)國家接軌,我國應(yīng)積極借鑒美國在金融服務(wù)發(fā)展進(jìn)程的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn),逐步改善我國在國際分工中的地位,這對于我國真正成為國際貿(mào)易強(qiáng)國具有十分重大的歷史和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 在這一背景下,本文參考美國金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展過程,結(jié)合中國服務(wù)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析我國在發(fā)展中存在的問題,并相應(yīng)地提出促進(jìn)其穩(wěn)健發(fā)展的對策建議。本文在導(dǎo)論部分首先闡述了前人的理論研究成果,然后在第二章對金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易的定義進(jìn)行說明,介紹了三種與本文相關(guān)的服務(wù)貿(mào)易基礎(chǔ)理論,為全文的研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章詳細(xì)介紹了美國金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易的歷史發(fā)展路徑,結(jié)合對美國金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易國際競爭力的分析,歸納出美國金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易可以借鑒的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。第四章基于我國金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況,借鑒美國在金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展上的成功做法,分析歸納我國金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易現(xiàn)階段存在的問題。第五章針對我國金融服務(wù)業(yè)所存在問題,對如何進(jìn)一步提升我國金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易的國際競爭力,使我國金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易得到健康有序發(fā)展,提出對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous deepening of global economic integration, the proportion of international trade in services in the world's import and export trade is gradually increasing, and financial services trade as an important part of trade in services, It plays a strong role in promoting the development of other trade. Since China's entry into the wTO, China's financial market has been open and trade in financial services has developed rapidly. However, due to its late start, there is still a certain gap between China and other developed countries, especially compared with the United States, a financial power. The financial service system of our country is not perfect yet, and the supervision mechanism is also not perfect. In order to be in line with the developed countries of the world as soon as possible, China should actively learn from the valuable experience of the United States in the development of financial services and gradually improve its position in the international division of labor. It is of great historical and practical significance for China to become a powerful country in international trade. Under this background, this paper makes reference to the development process of American financial service trade, analyzes the problems existing in the development of China's service trade, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote its steady development. In the introduction part, the author firstly expounds the former theoretical research results, then explains the definition of financial service trade in the second chapter, and introduces three basic theories of service trade related to this paper, which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of the full text. The third chapter introduces the historical development path of American financial service trade in detail, combined with the analysis of the international competitiveness of American financial service trade, it sums up the successful experience that American financial service trade can use for reference. The fourth chapter, based on the actual situation of the development of financial service trade in China, draws lessons from the successful practices of the United States in the development of financial service trade, and analyzes and sums up the problems existing in the present stage of China's financial service trade. In the fifth chapter, aiming at the problems existing in China's financial service industry, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to further improve the international competitiveness of China's financial service trade and make China's financial service trade develop in a healthy and orderly manner.
