【摘要】：金融發(fā)展通過風(fēng)險管理、信息收集處理和傳遞、激勵監(jiān)督和約束、動員儲蓄和信用創(chuàng)造、便利交易和推動專業(yè)化等五項功能的完善促進(jìn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新;技術(shù)創(chuàng)新通過擴大市場需求、增加盈利空間、降低交易成本、優(yōu)化信息傳遞、改善制度環(huán)境等方式推動金融發(fā)展,兩者呈現(xiàn)出良性互動關(guān)系。根據(jù)金融發(fā)展和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的關(guān)系原理和指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建聯(lián)立方程模型,運用我國1992～2010年的年度數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實證檢驗,發(fā)現(xiàn)金融深化與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的兩項指標(biāo)、金融效率與專利授權(quán)數(shù)、金融結(jié)構(gòu)和研發(fā)投入之間具有顯著良性互動關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Financial development promotes technological innovation through the improvement of five functions: risk management, information collection, processing and transmission, encouragement, supervision and restraint, mobilization of savings and credit creation, facilitation of transactions and promotion of specialization. Technological innovation promotes financial development by expanding market demand, increasing profit space, reducing transaction cost, optimizing information transmission and improving institutional environment. According to the principle of the relationship between financial development and technological innovation and the index system, this paper constructs a simultaneous equation model, uses the annual data of our country from 1992 to 2010 to make an empirical test, and finds out two indicators of financial deepening and technological innovation. There is a significant positive interaction between financial efficiency and patent license number, financial structure and R & D investment.
