【摘要】：正近年來(lái),中國(guó)吸引外商投資的目標(biāo)是,擴(kuò)大服務(wù)業(yè)和高端制造業(yè)引進(jìn)外國(guó)直接投資(FDI)的力度,強(qiáng)化外商投資作為引進(jìn)技術(shù)和智力的重要載體作用;促進(jìn)東部地區(qū)吸收外資轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、中西部地區(qū)承接國(guó)內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移,優(yōu)化利用外資區(qū)域結(jié)構(gòu);進(jìn)一步完善投資環(huán)境,有效維護(hù)外商投資企業(yè)合法權(quán)益,加大知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)力度;在穩(wěn)定利用外資規(guī)模的基礎(chǔ)上提高利用外資質(zhì)量,更好地發(fā)揮外商投資對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's goal of attracting foreign investment is to expand the import of foreign direct investment (FDI) into service industry and high-end manufacturing, and to strengthen the role of foreign investment as an important carrier of technology and intelligence. We will promote the transformation and upgrading of the absorption of foreign capital in the eastern region, undertake industrial transfers at home and abroad in the central and western regions, optimize the regional structure of utilizing foreign capital, further improve the investment environment, effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of foreign-invested enterprises, and strengthen the protection of On the basis of stabilizing the scale of utilizing foreign capital, improving the quality of utilizing foreign capital and giving full play to the sustainable and healthy development of economy by foreign investment
