【摘要】：歐洲中央銀行寬松的貨幣政策,對債務(wù)危機與金融危機交織在一起業(yè)已跌入流動性陷阱的南歐各國經(jīng)濟沒有起到任何作用。追溯20世紀30年代的全球經(jīng)濟大蕭條、1997年東南亞金融危機以及2002年阿根廷債務(wù)危機可以發(fā)現(xiàn),僵化的匯率制度只是經(jīng)濟危機的導火索,失衡的財政支出和經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)才是危機根源。當前,歐元區(qū)各國經(jīng)濟復蘇只能在緊縮財政支出、改革經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)和財政預算的基礎(chǔ)上,通過貨幣財政政策合作解決。
[Abstract]:The loose monetary policy of the European Central Bank has done nothing to help southern European economies, intertwined with the debt and financial crises, which have fallen into a liquidity trap. Dating back to the Great Depression of the 1930s, the 1997 Southeast Asian financial crisis and the 2002 Argentine debt crisis, the rigid exchange rate regime was only the trigger of the economic crisis. Unbalanced fiscal spending and economic structure are the root causes of the crisis. At present, the economic recovery of euro zone countries can only be solved through monetary and fiscal policy cooperation on the basis of tightening fiscal expenditure, reforming economic structure and fiscal budget.
