A產(chǎn)權(quán)交易集團(tuán)有限公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究
[Abstract]:The property right transaction market has experienced the process of starting up, developing, cleaning up and standardizing, and gradually changing from a single state-owned property right to a variety of factor markets. After the 18th National Congress of the Party, the decisive role of the market was once again strengthened, and at the same time the tide of comprehensive deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises came again. This is a great opportunity and challenge for the A property right trading group, which is undertaking the construction of the unified factor market in Guangdong Province. Therefore, it is of great urgency and important practical significance to study the development strategy of the A property right trading group. This paper first refers to the innovation and development trend of the property right trading industry, the important role of property rights trading institutions in the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and the relevant documents on the development strategy of property rights trading institutions. On the basis of literature research, on the one hand, starting with the analysis of external environment of A property right trading group, using PEST analysis method to analyze the general environment it faces, and using Porter's five-force model to analyze the existing competitors of A property right trading group. The threats of potential entrants, the threats of substitutes, the bargaining power of the transferor, the bargaining power of the transferee, and the market environment, the industry environment, etc. On the basis of this analysis, the opportunities and threats brought by the external environment to its development are identified. On the other hand, this paper summarizes the internal advantages and disadvantages of the group from the internal environment such as internal resources, enterprise capabilities, core expertise and so on. Then, on the basis of the conclusion of internal and external environment analysis, SWOT model analysis is carried out, and finally, the strategic purpose and positioning, strategic objectives, and suggestions of strategic implementation steps and safeguard measures are put forward. This paper systematically gives some guidance and suggestions for the strategic development of A property right trading group. Through the research, this paper puts forward the strategic intention of A property right trading group: "to become a comprehensive trading and trading service group company with global influence brand, to become a foundation based on the Pearl River Delta, covering South China, radiating the whole country, and facing the world," Equity, regional capital markets; The strategic aim is to integrate all kinds of trading site resources in the province, to construct a large comprehensive transaction and comprehensive trading service group company with modern governance structure, and to deal with the member exchanges that have been invested. Member trading service companies and other member institutions shall exercise effective supervision to ensure the safety of state-owned assets, operate efficiently and maintain and increase their value, and build a unified factor market and regional capital market in Guangdong Province. To promote the construction of a strong financial province in Guangdong Province "; Finally, the conclusion of choosing the related diversification strategy at the corporate strategic level and the integration strategy and the differentiation strategy at the business level is reached. It is hoped that it will have certain guiding significance for the newly established A property right trading group, and will have certain reference significance for the construction of the factor trading market in our province under the new situation and for the future development of the property rights trading industry.
