我國(guó)出版?zhèn)髅筋惿鲜泄就顿Y戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:在新的國(guó)家政策環(huán)境和人們消費(fèi)習(xí)慣與消費(fèi)內(nèi)容改變的背景下,出版?zhèn)髅筋惼髽I(yè)贏利模式發(fā)生著改變。文章通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)出版?zhèn)髅叫袠I(yè)8家上市公司的投資戰(zhàn)略分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)各公司在傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)進(jìn)行了投資但不均衡,在新媒介和新業(yè)務(wù)模式的投資上存在著差異化。對(duì)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)結(jié)果分析表明,出版?zhèn)髅筋惞緦?duì)傳統(tǒng)主業(yè)的投資能夠有效增加企業(yè)的銷售收入,有較好的總資產(chǎn)收益率。而在加強(qiáng)傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)投資的同時(shí),積極提升新媒介投資和新業(yè)務(wù)模式的投資,不但能夠使公司有快速的主業(yè)增長(zhǎng),亦能使資產(chǎn)創(chuàng)造最多的價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new national policy environment and the change of people's consumption habits and consumption content, the profit pattern of publishing media enterprises is changing. Based on the analysis of the investment strategy of 8 listed companies in the publishing media industry in China, this paper finds that the investment of each company in the traditional business field is uneven, and the investment in the new media and new business model is different. The analysis of the company's operating results shows that the investment of the publishing media company in the traditional main business can effectively increase the sales income of the enterprise and have a good total return on assets. While strengthening the traditional business investment, actively promoting the new medium investment and the new business model investment, not only can make the company have the fast growth of the main business, but also can make the assets create the most value.
