中行黑龍江省分行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略

【摘要】:近年來國際經濟形勢發(fā)生了復雜的變化,受國際經濟環(huán)境的影響我國也在不斷的調整經濟政策以保持中國經濟持續(xù)健康的發(fā)展。金融脫媒、利率市場化等新興金融政策相應而生,對商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展方向和利潤增長方式提出了新的要求。為適應當前的經營環(huán)境提高在金融行業(yè)的競爭力,如何制定正確有效的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略并且在戰(zhàn)略實施的過程中進行科學的評價和調整是未來商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展的關鍵。本文主要從中行黑龍江省分行的總體概況和經營環(huán)境概況兩方面對中行黑龍江省分行的基本情況進行了介紹。結合中行黑龍江省分行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標,運用波特五力分析模型和SWOT分析矩陣對目前的戰(zhàn)略實施策略進行分析和評價。找出發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實施過程中存在的問題,并對現有的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行調整同時提出相關的戰(zhàn)略保障措施。本論文采用案例的形式以中行黑龍江省分行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為研究對象共分為兩部分。第一部分案例對中行黑龍江省分行總體概況進行了介紹,主要包括中行黑龍江省分行概況、中行黑龍江省分行組織架構、中行黑龍江省分行基本業(yè)務狀況三方面。從宏觀和微觀經營環(huán)境兩個角度對中行黑龍江省分行經營環(huán)境概況進行說明,進一步介紹了中行黑龍江省分行所處的經濟環(huán)境概況、中行黑龍江省分行外部產業(yè)結構環(huán)境概況、中行黑龍江省分行政策環(huán)境概況、中行黑龍江省分行目標市場概況、中行黑龍江省分行競爭對手概況和中行黑龍江省分行競爭實力概況。給出了中行黑龍江省分行的總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標和職能發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標。實施的戰(zhàn)略具體包括擴大客戶規(guī)模戰(zhàn)略、優(yōu)化客戶結構戰(zhàn)略、拓展客戶基礎戰(zhàn)略、創(chuàng)新體制改革戰(zhàn)略。對戰(zhàn)略實施狀況進行說明,從而提出戰(zhàn)略實施過程中面臨的問題。在案例分析中運用波特五力分析模型和SWOT分析矩陣對中行黑龍江省分行經營環(huán)境進行分析與評價,對中行黑龍江省分行的經營狀況進行深入分析,對中行黑龍江省分行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行分析并調整。在此基礎上在人才儲備措施、植入智慧化銀行理念措施、建立完善的內控合規(guī)制度措施和引進科技戰(zhàn)略伙伴措施的保障下確保中行黑龍江省分行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標得以實現。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the international economic situation has undergone complex changes. Influenced by the international economic environment, China is constantly adjusting its economic policies in order to maintain the sustained and healthy development of China's economy. New financial policies, such as financial disintermediation, interest rate marketization and so on, have put forward new requirements for the development direction and profit growth mode of commercial banks. In order to adapt to the current operating environment to improve the competitiveness of the financial industry, how to formulate a correct and effective development strategy and carry out scientific evaluation and adjustment in the process of the implementation of the strategy is the key to the future development of commercial banks. This paper introduces the basic situation of Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch from two aspects: the general situation of Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch and the general operating environment. Combined with the development strategy goal of Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch, this paper analyzes and evaluates the current strategy implementation strategy by using Porter's five-force analysis model and SWOT analysis matrix. This paper finds out the problems existing in the process of implementing the development strategy, and adjusts the existing development strategy and puts forward the relevant strategic guarantee measures. This thesis is divided into two parts in the form of case study on the development strategy of Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch. The first part introduces the general situation of Bank of China Heilongjiang Province Branch, including the general situation of Bank of China Heilongjiang Province Branch, the organizational structure of Bank of China Heilongjiang Province Branch, and the basic business situation of Bank of China Heilongjiang Province Branch. In this paper, the general situation of the operating environment of Bank of China Heilongjiang Province Branch is explained from the macro and micro aspects, and the economic environment of Bank of China Heilongjiang Province Branch and the external industrial structure environment of Bank of China Heilongjiang Province Branch are further introduced. The general situation of the policy environment of Bank of China Heilongjiang Province Branch, the target market of Bank of China Heilongjiang Province Branch, the general situation of the competitors of Bank of China Heilongjiang Province Branch and the general situation of the competitive strength of Bank of China Heilongjiang Province Branch. The overall development strategy and function development strategy of Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch are given. The implementation strategy includes expanding customer scale strategy, optimizing customer structure strategy, expanding customer base strategy and innovating system reform strategy. Explain the status of strategy implementation, and then put forward the problems in the process of strategy implementation. In the case analysis, the author analyzes and evaluates the operating environment of Bank of China's Heilongjiang Branch by using Porter's five-force analysis model and SWOT's analysis matrix, and makes a deep analysis of the operation situation of Bank of China's Heilongjiang Branch. The development strategy of Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch is analyzed and adjusted. On this basis, under the guarantee of talent reserve measures, intelligent bank concept and measures, the establishment of perfect internal control compliance system measures and the introduction of scientific and technological strategic partnership measures to ensure that the Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch development strategic objectives can be achieved.
