【摘要】：跨境人民幣雙向資金池業(yè)務是我國在資本項目實施較為嚴格管制背景下推行的過渡性制度安排。金融監(jiān)管部門對此類業(yè)務的參與主體、業(yè)務模式、風險控制等都作出明確的規(guī)定。該文對開展該類業(yè)務的金融條件、運營模式進行了分析,并從進一步規(guī)范發(fā)展的角度提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:Cross-border RMB two-way fund pool business is a transitional system arrangement implemented in China under the background of strict capital account control. Financial supervision department makes clear regulation on the main body, business model and risk control of this kind of business. This paper analyzes the financial conditions and operation mode of this kind of business, and puts forward some policy suggestions from the perspective of further standardization and development.
