【摘要】：本文使用16個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)軌國(guó)家1996～2008年間面板數(shù)據(jù)回歸分析顯示,制度質(zhì)量對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)軌國(guó)家的金融深度、金融市場(chǎng)規(guī)模、銀行信貸規(guī)模以及銀行部門的效率都有顯著而且穩(wěn)健的影響,制度質(zhì)量的提高有助于促進(jìn)轉(zhuǎn)軌國(guó)家的金融發(fā)展。這對(duì)中國(guó)的金融發(fā)展提供了有益的啟示,改進(jìn)制度質(zhì)量,建立強(qiáng)化產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)、完善投資者保護(hù)和信息披露法律法規(guī)、提高執(zhí)法質(zhì)量、以法律制度約束政府行為,將有助于解決中國(guó)金融效率低下和資本市場(chǎng)欠發(fā)達(dá)的問題。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the panel data regression analysis of 16 transition countries shows that the institutional quality has a significant and robust impact on the financial depth, the scale of financial markets, the scale of bank credit and the efficiency of the banking sector in the transitional countries. The improvement of system quality helps to promote the financial development of transitional countries. This has provided beneficial enlightenment to China's financial development. It has improved the quality of the system, established and strengthened the protection of property rights, improved the protection of investors and laws and regulations on information disclosure, improved the quality of law enforcement, and restricted the government's behavior by the legal system. Will help to solve China's financial inefficiency and underdeveloped capital markets.
