【摘要】:上個世紀90年代,我國開始著手對商業(yè)銀行進行改革,越來越重視金融產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新,但由于金融市場受政策管制,發(fā)展速度較慢,創(chuàng)新也主要停留在借鑒國外商業(yè)銀行的階段。進入21世紀以后,我國借助加入WTO的契機,逐漸放開金融政策,商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新理念也更加先進,金融市場上對創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品的需求不斷增加。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的發(fā)展和大數(shù)據(jù)時代的到來,國內(nèi)的商業(yè)銀行開始思考和摸索金融產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新模式。 在發(fā)展和完善金融市場的過程中,我國商業(yè)銀行金融產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀逐漸清晰。入世前我國商業(yè)銀行還只是處于模仿和學(xué)習(xí)的階段,金融產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的能力與西方發(fā)達國家有不小差距。隨著改革開放的到來和金融制度的變革,商業(yè)銀行意識到唯有不斷創(chuàng)新,才能立足未來的銀行業(yè)。于是各商行開始進行體制改革、推出有自己特色的創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品。后來還專門成立了研發(fā)機構(gòu),專注金融產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和研究。入世后,外資銀行紛紛進駐我國,使得我國商業(yè)銀行間的競爭更加激烈,急需推出更有代表性的系列金融創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品。 近年來我國商業(yè)銀行外部環(huán)境變化不斷。利率市場化使得金融市場更加寬松,交易更靈活,因此也對商業(yè)銀行要求更高,既要盈利也要注意風(fēng)控。而互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的出現(xiàn),也使得電商等互聯(lián)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)域的巨頭成為商業(yè)銀行新的強有力的競爭對手。它小、快、靈的特點,對傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行是個不小的沖擊,商業(yè)銀行必須也開拓互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù),搶占市場份額。與此同時,借助物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)的幫助,以往從商業(yè)銀行貸款的部分商戶選擇轉(zhuǎn)向其他金融機構(gòu)提供的低門檻的直接融資,這也是我國商業(yè)銀行要注意的,可以通過整合交易雙方的資金和信用信息,更加直接、完整的提供服務(wù)。 我國金融市場的大環(huán)境造成了我國商業(yè)銀行具有與其他行業(yè)不同的特點。信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展是創(chuàng)新的硬件支持,科技革新為商業(yè)銀行的客戶帶來全新體驗。隨著人們對交易活動靈活性要求不斷提高,周期短、打包化的系列產(chǎn)品逐漸增多,針對性也更強。但我國商業(yè)銀行的創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品也存在一些問題。創(chuàng)新層次較低,,完全自主研發(fā)的比較少,這也造成了產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的單一化,不能跟上客戶不斷變化的需求;商業(yè)銀行自身的風(fēng)險意識也亟待提高,創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品的管理也需要完善。由此,本文從我國商業(yè)銀行的現(xiàn)狀入手,以期研究我國商業(yè)銀行金融產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展情況。 我國從2011年開始關(guān)注小微企業(yè)金融和移動銀行等,希望為客戶提供更廣泛、多樣化的服務(wù),雖然起步較西方國家晚,但也在提速。近三年商業(yè)銀行各類創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品屢見不鮮,交行的e動交行、招行的空中銀行及中信的POS商戶網(wǎng)貸等,這些產(chǎn)品突破了時間和空間的限制,是未來的發(fā)展大趨勢。各商業(yè)銀行都想通過新產(chǎn)品吸引更多的客戶資源,本文就從中信銀行入手進行研究,通過對中信銀行幾款金融創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品的分析,結(jié)合中信銀行的競爭力狀況,總結(jié)其成功經(jīng)驗和創(chuàng)新策略,為其他商業(yè)銀行金融產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新提供啟示。 金融產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新是商業(yè)銀行增強競爭力的法寶,而如何進行產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新則需要商業(yè)銀行內(nèi)部及政府監(jiān)管部門合力完成。合力實施的首要前提就是加強銀行業(yè)自身的風(fēng)險防控和創(chuàng)新的監(jiān)管體系,在行業(yè)內(nèi)制定政策、法規(guī),敦促行業(yè)加強自身的創(chuàng)新意識。其次,各銀行內(nèi)部也要建立有效的創(chuàng)新機制及產(chǎn)品審核制度,做好客戶調(diào)查,了解市場需求,從而根據(jù)自己的市場定位調(diào)整戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。最后,監(jiān)管部門需要完善風(fēng)險管理機制,根據(jù)金融市場的不同階段適時調(diào)整法規(guī),為商業(yè)銀行提供一個自由公平的市場環(huán)境。 綜上,本文重點從理論角度分析了我國商業(yè)銀行的創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品現(xiàn)狀和特點,結(jié)合實證角度綜合研究了我國商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品的策略,以期為我國商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展趨勢提供一些思路和啟示。
