后“牌照”時代的銀行卡收單機構(gòu)發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:在對選題背景、研究意義及研究技術(shù)路線和方法分析基礎(chǔ)之上,介紹了收單市場的理論與實踐,結(jié)合第三方支付公司的具體情況,對行業(yè)的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部資源狀況進行詳細分析,運用系統(tǒng)化的管理理論,討論出收單企業(yè)的未來的發(fā)展方向。以構(gòu)建銀行卡收單機構(gòu)的核心競爭力和競爭優(yōu)勢,實現(xiàn)在收單行業(yè)中持續(xù)、健康、穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,用以指導(dǎo)第三方支付企業(yè)從戰(zhàn)略的層次考慮企業(yè)的長遠發(fā)展。收單支付公司從起初的混亂無序發(fā)展緩慢到現(xiàn)在的飛速成長,從與各大商業(yè)銀行在收單市場上進行激烈競爭到尋求合作實現(xiàn)共贏,體現(xiàn)了收單機構(gòu)的在不同的時期選取不同的經(jīng)營策略,選擇不同的競爭策略有著極其重要的意義。當(dāng)前正處于人民銀行對收單行業(yè)整頓時期,收單機構(gòu)在發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)了很多問題。央行也針對這些問題出臺相應(yīng)政策,,達到規(guī)范行業(yè)的目的為收單行業(yè)的進入良性發(fā)展提供支持。收單機構(gòu)應(yīng)在這次整頓中發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問題并及時改正,調(diào)整企業(yè)的發(fā)展策略,應(yīng)該由以價格戰(zhàn)、降低商戶準(zhǔn)入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的競爭策略調(diào)整為向商戶提供更加專業(yè)化的服務(wù)以及提供更多更全面的相關(guān)金融服務(wù)的策略。收單公司不斷的尋求改善自身企業(yè)短板的方式,形成更專業(yè)化,多樣化服務(wù),同時與其他各大商業(yè)銀行其他支付形式的競爭關(guān)系更是微妙復(fù)雜。本文以S支付公司為例對公司銷售系統(tǒng)、風(fēng)控體系以及運營管理提出相關(guān)建議,論文從實際出發(fā),理論為輔助,重點在于市場信息分析,整個行業(yè)出現(xiàn)的問題,以及收單機構(gòu)的未來發(fā)展方向。堅持一切從實際出發(fā),以數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),運用專業(yè)分析方法,得出相應(yīng)的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the background of the topic, the significance of the research and the technical route and method of the research, the paper introduces the theory and practice of the receiving market, combined with the specific situation of the third-party payment company. The external environment and internal resources of the industry are analyzed in detail, and the future development direction of the receiving enterprises is discussed by using the systematic management theory. In order to construct the core competitiveness and competitive advantage of the bank card receiving organization, realize the sustained, healthy and steady development in the order receiving industry, and guide the third party payment enterprise to consider the long-term development of the enterprise from the strategic level. From the initial chaotic and disorderly development to the rapid growth, from fierce competition with the major commercial banks in the receiving market to seeking cooperation to achieve win-win, It is of great significance to select different management strategies and different competitive strategies in different periods of time. At present, the people's Bank of China is rectifying the order-receiving industry, and many problems have arisen in the development of the order-receiving institution. The central bank also issued policies in response to these problems to achieve the purpose of standardizing the industry to support the healthy development of the receiving industry. In this rectification, the receiving agencies should find the existing problems, correct them in time, and adjust the development strategy of the enterprises. The price war should be adopted. The competitive strategy of lowering the entry standards of merchants is adjusted to provide more specialized services and more comprehensive related financial services to businesses. Receiving companies constantly seek to improve their own business short board way to form more specialized, diversified services, and other major commercial banks with other forms of payment competition is more subtle and complex. This article takes S payment company as an example to put forward the related suggestion to the company sales system, the wind control system and the operation management, the thesis proceeds from the reality, the theory is the auxiliary, the emphasis lies in the market information analysis, the entire industry appears the question, As well as the future development direction of the receiving agency.
