【摘要】：隨著銀行業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度愈演愈烈,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)也就變得尤為重要,一家銀行是否建立了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng),競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)工作開(kāi)展到了什么程度,都會(huì)影響著銀行發(fā)展的前景,甚至是決定一家銀行的命運(yùn)。文章對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)的概念進(jìn)行了解讀,使讀者對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)有一定程度的認(rèn)知,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)的研究狀況剖析和統(tǒng)計(jì),看到了國(guó)內(nèi)銀行業(yè)詳細(xì)銀行的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)探求剖析的空白點(diǎn)。再?gòu)母?jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)的作用、特點(diǎn)這些較淺層次的認(rèn)知到關(guān)聯(lián)銀行業(yè)的,如競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)對(duì)銀行業(yè)的支撐作用。由淺入深的引領(lǐng)讀者了解競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)在銀行業(yè)的建設(shè)情況。本文用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法對(duì)中國(guó)工商銀行、中國(guó)農(nóng)村信用合作社、中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展銀行、龍江銀行的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)建立情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查。針對(duì)銀行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,同時(shí)為了細(xì)化不同崗位、不同位置的銀行從業(yè)人員對(duì)銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)的認(rèn)知,調(diào)研問(wèn)卷采用分層發(fā)放的形式,對(duì)銀行的決策管理層、重要職能部門(mén)管理人員和基層工作職員分別進(jìn)行進(jìn)行了一系列關(guān)于銀行建設(shè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)建立情況的問(wèn)答,旨在了解不同性質(zhì)銀行的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)情況是否具有差異性,根據(jù)差異性對(duì)具體差異方面以查閱文獻(xiàn)、實(shí)地走訪的形式探究形成差異等問(wèn)題的原因,深層次剖析問(wèn)題現(xiàn)狀及成因,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)銀行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)建立中的問(wèn)題達(dá)到一定的掌握程度,然后依據(jù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)體系建造的原則對(duì)疑問(wèn)進(jìn)行了處理對(duì)策設(shè)計(jì)及探求。從銀行對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)體系建立的重視性開(kāi)端,對(duì)人才培養(yǎng)、對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)體系建立的體系運(yùn)籌等對(duì)策計(jì)劃,希望可以對(duì)銀行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)體系的建立能夠起到某種程度上的對(duì)比學(xué)習(xí)效果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the banking industry and the intensified competition, the construction of the competitive intelligence system has become particularly important. Whether a bank has established a competitive intelligence system, and to what extent the competitive intelligence work has been carried out, Will affect the prospects for the development of banks, and even determine the fate of a bank. This paper interprets the concept of competitive intelligence and competitive intelligence system, which makes readers have a certain degree of cognition to competitive intelligence, and analyzes and statistics the research status of competitive intelligence at home and abroad. See the domestic banking industry detailed competitive intelligence analysis of the blank spot. From the role of competitive intelligence, the characteristics of these shallow cognition to the related banking industry, such as competitive intelligence system to support the banking sector. From the shallow to the depth of the reader to understand the competitive intelligence system in the banking sector. This paper investigates the establishment of competitive intelligence system in Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Rural Credit Cooperative of China, Agricultural Development Bank of China and Longjiang Bank. The questionnaire is designed for the banking competitive intelligence system. In order to refine the cognition of the bank employees in different positions and positions, the questionnaire adopts the form of layered distribution to the decision-making management of the bank. Managers of important functional departments and staff at the grass-roots level conducted a series of questions and answers on the establishment of competitive intelligence systems in the construction of banks, in order to understand whether there are differences in the construction of competitive intelligence systems among banks of different nature. According to the difference of the specific differences in the form of literature, field visits to explore the formation of differences and other problems, in-depth analysis of the current situation and causes of the problem, The problems in the establishment of domestic banking competitive intelligence system have reached a certain degree of mastery, and then according to the principles of the construction of competitive intelligence system, the countermeasures to deal with the question are designed and explored. Starting with the importance that banks attach to the establishment of competitive intelligence systems, the training of talents, the operational planning of competitive intelligence systems, and so on, I hope it can play a certain degree of comparative learning effect on the establishment of banking competitive intelligence system.
