【摘要】：人民幣升值對我國出口企業(yè)的研發(fā)活動影響如何,對此問題進(jìn)行探討可以為在匯率制度改革背景下促進(jìn)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級提供啟示。本文借鑒新新貿(mào)易理論的研究,對出口企業(yè)按照生產(chǎn)效率不同區(qū)分為高效率企業(yè)和低效率企業(yè);構(gòu)建了包含研發(fā)和產(chǎn)量競爭的雙寡頭博弈模型,以分析在競爭關(guān)系中人民幣升值對出口企業(yè)均衡研發(fā)策略的影響。結(jié)果表明,在高效率企業(yè)具有較大成本優(yōu)勢的情況下,本幣升值會促使低效率企業(yè)退出研發(fā)活動,維持或者增強(qiáng)高效率企業(yè)開展研發(fā)活動的積極性,從而有利于在長期內(nèi)提升出口行業(yè)的競爭力。使用上市公司數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行的實證分析能夠較好地支持上述結(jié)論。由此建議:在升值背景下,應(yīng)當(dāng)鼓勵低效率企業(yè)盡早轉(zhuǎn)移生產(chǎn)基地或者退出海外市場,為高效率出口企業(yè)生存發(fā)展提供空間;發(fā)展完善金融體系、提高投融資效率,在緩解短期沖擊的同時引導(dǎo)不同出口企業(yè)根據(jù)自身情況轉(zhuǎn)型、升級,才能夠為現(xiàn)階段的經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定和未來經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康發(fā)展提供支持。
[Abstract]:The impact of RMB appreciation on the R & D activities of export enterprises in China is discussed, which can provide enlightenment for promoting the economic transformation and upgrading under the background of exchange rate system reform. Based on the research of new and new trade theory, the export enterprises are divided into high efficiency enterprises and low efficiency enterprises according to the different production efficiency. This paper constructs a duopoly game model including R & D and production competition to analyze the impact of RMB appreciation on the equilibrium R & D strategy of export enterprises. The results show that the appreciation of the local currency will promote the inefficient enterprises to withdraw from R & D activities and maintain or enhance the enthusiasm of the efficient enterprises to carry out R & D activities when the high efficiency enterprises have a large cost advantage. This will help to improve the competitiveness of the export industry in the long-term. The empirical analysis using the listed company data can support the above conclusion. Under the background of appreciation, inefficient enterprises should be encouraged to transfer their production bases or withdraw from overseas markets as soon as possible, so as to provide space for the survival and development of highly efficient export enterprises. Only by developing and perfecting the financial system, improving the efficiency of investment and financing, and guiding different export enterprises to transform and upgrade according to their own conditions, can they provide support for the current economic stability and the healthy development of the future economy.
