我國城市商業(yè)銀行個人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:隨著我國利率市場化改革的深入推進(jìn),銀行業(yè)金融機(jī)構(gòu)的競爭日趨激烈,各家銀行(尤其是中小型商業(yè)銀行)大力推動業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型。與此同時,國家經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展帶動居民收入水平不斷提高,許多人將積累的閑置資金投入銀行,期望資金的保值、增值。在這樣的背景下,我國商業(yè)銀行越來越重視發(fā)展個人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù),,把其作為提高中間業(yè)務(wù)收入和推進(jìn)綜合化經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略的重要載體。作為我國金融市場上的新生力量,城市商業(yè)銀行為形成自身的核心競爭力、擴(kuò)大利潤來源和轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)營方式,自然也將個人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)放到重要的位置。因此,根據(jù)我國城商行個人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況,研究得出其未來的發(fā)展趨勢、找出發(fā)展中存在的主要問題并有針對性地提出相應(yīng)對策建議,具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先系統(tǒng)回顧和總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對商業(yè)銀行個人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的研究。其次,詳細(xì)闡釋商業(yè)銀行開展個人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的理論基礎(chǔ),包括生命周期理論、投資組合理論、資本資產(chǎn)定價理論、金融創(chuàng)新理論和市場營銷理論。再次,對我國城市商業(yè)銀行個人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的歷程和現(xiàn)狀做出了闡釋,并著重分析了其在利率市場化改革、銀監(jiān)會發(fā)布監(jiān)管新規(guī)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)理財(cái)產(chǎn)品興起背景下的發(fā)展趨勢。然后,選取北京銀行、南京銀行、青島銀行、齊魯銀行這四家典型的城商行,系統(tǒng)分析了他們個人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展情況,并總結(jié)出我國城商行個人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展模式。最后,結(jié)合我國城商行個人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中存在的業(yè)務(wù)開展模式以產(chǎn)品為中心、業(yè)務(wù)營銷模式粗放、產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新研發(fā)投入不足、風(fēng)險管理存在隱患、缺乏高水平專業(yè)人才支撐等實(shí)際問題等有針對性地提出相關(guān)建議,以此促進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)的持續(xù)、深入、健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the deepening reform of interest rate marketization in China, the competition of banking financial institutions is becoming more and more fierce, and banks (especially small and medium-sized commercial banks) vigorously promote the business transformation. At the same time, with the rapid development of the national economy, the income level of the residents is constantly rising. Many people put the accumulated idle funds into the banks, expecting the preservation and appreciation of the funds. Under this background, Chinese commercial banks pay more and more attention to the development of personal finance business as an important carrier to improve the income of intermediate business and promote the integrated management strategy. As a new force in China's financial market, urban commercial banks naturally put personal finance business in an important position in order to form their own core competitiveness, expand profit sources and change their management mode. Therefore, according to the actual situation of the development of personal finance business of city commercial bank in our country, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study its future development trend, to find out the main problems existing in the development and to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. First of all, this paper systematically reviews and summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars' research on personal finance business of commercial banks. Secondly, it explains in detail the theoretical basis of personal finance business in commercial banks, including life cycle theory, portfolio theory, capital asset pricing theory, financial innovation theory and marketing theory. Thirdly, it explains the development course and current situation of personal finance business of city commercial banks in China, and analyzes its development trend under the background of interest rate marketization reform, new regulation issued by CBRC and the rise of Internet financial products. Then, four typical city banks, Beijing Bank, Nanjing Bank, Qingdao Bank and Qilu Bank, are selected to systematically analyze the development of their personal finance business, and summarize the development model of personal finance business of China City Commercial Bank. Finally, combining with the existing business development mode in the personal finance business of city commercial bank of our country, the product is the center, the business marketing mode is extensive, the product innovation and R & D investment is insufficient, and the risk management has hidden trouble. In order to promote the continuous, deep and healthy development of the business, the author puts forward some relevant suggestions, such as lack of high level professional support and other practical problems.
