【摘要】：金融控股公司作為現(xiàn)代金融業(yè)最重要的經(jīng)營組織形式,在金融危機(jī)中表現(xiàn)出巨大抗風(fēng)險能力。后金融危機(jī)時代,金融業(yè)并沒有出現(xiàn)上世紀(jì)大蕭條的分業(yè)經(jīng)營,許多業(yè)務(wù)單一的金融機(jī)構(gòu)開始了新一輪大規(guī)模的兼并與重組,一大批新金融航母開始出現(xiàn)。實(shí)際上,金融業(yè)經(jīng)營模式作為一種金融制度安排,它與宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)進(jìn)步等經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境密切相關(guān),是在一定經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下社會抉擇的結(jié)果。本文通過金融控股公司演進(jìn)路徑的梳理,重新認(rèn)識到政府干預(yù)與自由市場之間選擇的重要性,可以對我國金融業(yè)改革提供一個新的思路。
[Abstract]:As the most important management organization in modern financial industry, financial holding company (FHC) has shown great ability to resist risks in the financial crisis. In the post-financial crisis era, the financial industry did not appear in the Great Depression of the last century, many single financial institutions began a new round of large-scale mergers and reorganization, a large number of new financial aircraft carriers began to appear. In fact, as a kind of financial system arrangement, financial management mode is closely related to the economic environment such as macro-economy, technological progress and so on, and is the result of social choice under certain economic conditions. By combing the evolution path of the financial holding company, this paper rerealizes the importance of the choice between the government intervention and the free market, which can provide a new way of thinking for the financial industry reform of our country.
