S銀行B分行財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效管理研究

【摘要】:財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效管理在S銀行B分行的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理活動(dòng)中占有重要地位,隨著我國(guó)金融體制改革的不斷深入和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的逐步發(fā)展和完善,財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效管理已經(jīng)成為S銀行B分行未來(lái)發(fā)展的核心問(wèn)題。只有通過(guò)科學(xué)合理的運(yùn)用財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效管理手段,對(duì)自身形勢(shì)做出客觀的審視,要高度重視財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效管理工作的具體實(shí)施,對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效管理工作的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行不斷改進(jìn),,經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)期的努力和不斷探索,創(chuàng)新出一系列符合S銀行B分行現(xiàn)實(shí)實(shí)際需要的財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效管理制度,從實(shí)質(zhì)上促進(jìn)財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效管理水平晉升到更高的層次。進(jìn)而提高S銀行B分行的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,增強(qiáng)S銀行B分行的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)S銀行B分行向國(guó)際化銀行的順利轉(zhuǎn)軌,蛻變成真正意義的現(xiàn)代銀行。本文對(duì)S銀行B分行財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效管理方面現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析,主要是S銀行B分行的財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)、財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效評(píng)方法、有效提升財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效管理等方面的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,并提出了一些完善的財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效管理創(chuàng)新對(duì)策。 本文研究方法主要有:邏輯分析法,本文以S銀行B分行為研究案例,全文對(duì)S銀行B分行財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效管理體系過(guò)程的論述,是按照提出問(wèn)題、分析問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題的邏輯順序開(kāi)展的;理論分析法,在對(duì)具體問(wèn)題分析總結(jié)時(shí),本文在借鑒已有的理論研究成果,并對(duì)類(lèi)似案例資料進(jìn)行剖析的基礎(chǔ)上,詳盡闡述了S銀行B分行財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效管理體系實(shí)踐現(xiàn)實(shí)優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),并在分析的過(guò)程中進(jìn)行推導(dǎo)并延伸出新的解決對(duì)策;實(shí)證研究法,本文在對(duì)問(wèn)題分析總結(jié)時(shí),以S銀行B分行為案例,使之成為指導(dǎo)S銀行B分行財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效管理體系建設(shè)的新理論。本論文把S銀行B分行為真實(shí)研究案例,全面分析案例資料財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效管理體系存在的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)案例資料提出針對(duì)性解決對(duì)策,從一個(gè)嶄新的角度來(lái)研究商業(yè)銀行財(cái)務(wù)管理體系,具有一定程度研究視角的創(chuàng)新性。
[Abstract]:Financial performance management plays an important role in the operation and management of S Bank B Branch. With the deepening of financial system reform and the gradual development and improvement of market economy, Financial performance management has become a core issue in the future development of S Bank B Branch. Only through the scientific and reasonable use of financial performance management means to make an objective review of their own situation, we should attach great importance to the specific implementation of financial performance management, financial performance management of the weak links for continuous improvement, Through long-term efforts and continuous exploration, a series of financial performance management systems which meet the actual needs of S Bank B Branch have been innovated to promote the level of financial performance management to a higher level in essence. Then it can improve the economic benefit of S Bank B Branch, enhance the competitive ability of S Bank B Branch, realize the smooth transition from S Bank B Branch to international bank, and transform into a modern bank of real significance. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems in financial performance management of S Bank B Branch, mainly the financial performance evaluation index and financial performance evaluation method of S Bank B Branch. This paper analyzes the current situation of effectively improving financial performance management and puts forward some perfect innovative countermeasures of financial performance management. The main research methods of this paper are as follows: logic analysis. This paper takes S Bank B Branch as a case study, discusses the process of financial performance management system of S Bank B Branch in full, and analyzes the problems according to the questions raised. The logical sequence of solving the problem; Theoretical analysis, in the analysis and summary of specific problems, this paper draws lessons from the existing theoretical research results, and on the basis of the analysis of similar cases, expounds in detail the practical advantages and disadvantages of the financial performance management system of S Bank B Branch. And in the process of analysis of the derivation and extension of new solutions; The empirical research method, this article analyzes and summarizes the question, takes the S bank B branch as the case, makes it become the new theory which guides the S bank B branch financial performance management system construction. In this paper, S Bank B Branch is regarded as a real case study, and the problems in the financial performance management system of case information are comprehensively analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. It is innovative to study the financial management system of commercial banks from a new angle of view.
