【摘要】：近年來(lái),在我國(guó)中央銀行的貨幣政策操作中,存款準(zhǔn)備金率的調(diào)整較為頻繁。為了降低存款準(zhǔn)備金政策的沖擊力度,中央銀行對(duì)存款準(zhǔn)備金率的調(diào)整采取提前告知的策略;政策操作呈現(xiàn)"高頻率、小幅度"的特點(diǎn);為了增強(qiáng)貨幣政策的針對(duì)性,對(duì)不同存款機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)行了差別存款準(zhǔn)備金制度。從政策效果看,存款準(zhǔn)備金率的適時(shí)調(diào)整,對(duì)貨幣供應(yīng)量、市場(chǎng)利率、資產(chǎn)價(jià)格和物價(jià)水平都發(fā)揮著積極的調(diào)控作用。今后一個(gè)時(shí)期,可以將存款準(zhǔn)備金政策培育為宏觀審慎管理的政策工具之一,并對(duì)差別存款準(zhǔn)備金制度實(shí)行動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in the monetary policy operation of China's central bank, the reserve ratio is adjusted more frequently. In order to reduce the impact of the deposit reserve policy, the central bank adopts an advance notification strategy to adjust the reserve requirement ratio; the policy operation is characterized by "high frequency and small margin"; in order to enhance the pertinence of monetary policy, A differential deposit reserve system has been implemented for different deposit institutions. From the point of view of policy effect, timely adjustment of deposit reserve ratio plays an active role in regulating money supply, market interest rate, asset price and price level. In the future, the policy of deposit reserve can be cultivated as one of the policy tools of macroprudential management, and the system of differential deposit reserve can be dynamically adjusted.
