A銀行信貸業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:With the development of China's economic system reform, the financial market has developed rapidly, the market mechanism has become more and more perfect, the financial market has become more and more prosperous, and the operating environment of commercial banks has undergone tremendous changes. Competition among commercial banks is becoming increasingly fierce. Especially in recent years, China has issued a series of new policies to further reform and open the financial market and banking industry, which has brought great challenges and opportunities to commercial banks. In the face of increasingly fierce international and domestic competition, commercial banks can only get rid of the shackles of traditional management methods and management ideas, reengineer and optimize the processes of commercial banks, and change the traditional organizational structure and business processes, etc. In order to effectively utilize all kinds of limited resources of banks, improve the efficiency of operation and management of banks, commercial banks can find a way out in the competition and seek stable development in the competition. In this paper, the related theories of process optimization are reviewed, and the theories and methods of process management, business process reengineering and business process optimization are briefly introduced. And summarizes the bank business process optimization related research briefly. Secondly, this paper combs the credit business process of Qingdao A Bank, a small and medium-sized commercial bank in China. This paper mainly focuses on the process correlation analysis and process optimization of Bank A's core process-credit business process: firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of Bank A and the current situation of the process, from the standardisation of the process, This paper analyzes the problems existing in the credit business process of Bank A from the aspects of process convergence and efficiency, and further analyzes and summarizes the causes of the related problems from the aspects of organizational structure, customer-centered concept, performance management, and so on, in order to improve the efficiency. In order to improve customer satisfaction and other aspects, the paper puts forward the necessity of process optimization in the credit business process of Bank A; then, aiming at the problems existing in the credit business process of Bank A, the paper draws lessons from the successful experience of domestic and foreign cases, This paper summarizes the principles and ideas of Bank A's credit business process optimization, designs the process optimization of A bank's credit business according to the principles of customer-centered and IT means, mainly from the overall credit business process, shortens the operation process. Control of different risks, outsourcing audit business and other aspects of the optimization design. Finally, aiming at the present situation of Bank A, the paper puts forward the guarantee measures of optimizing the organization structure and establishing the supporting mechanism of the credit business process optimization. This paper combines the relevant theories of business process reengineering and optimization, absorbs the experience of successful cases of process optimization at home and abroad, optimizes the process of A bank's core business, that is, credit business, and analyzes and studies the combination of theory and practice. To explore the credit process that meets the needs of the market and customers and adapts to the development status of Bank A, establishes a relatively complete credit business process system for Bank A, and solves the problems of poor flow and low efficiency in Bank A. In order to improve the efficiency of the credit business process of Bank A and to improve the management efficiency and core competitiveness of Bank A, it is hoped that it can provide valuable suggestions and references for the application and practice of the theory of business process optimization of commercial banks in China.
