【摘要】：正走出去戰(zhàn)略是我國(guó)對(duì)外開(kāi)放提高到一個(gè)新水平的重要標(biāo)志。黨的十八大報(bào)告明確提出要全面提高開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)水平,加快走出去步伐,統(tǒng)籌雙邊、多邊、區(qū)域次區(qū)域開(kāi)放合作,提高抵御國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力。深化走出去戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,加快轉(zhuǎn)變對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式是實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建成小康社會(huì)和全面深化改革開(kāi)放目標(biāo)的重要環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:The strategy of going out is an important symbol of our country's opening to the outside world to a new level. The report of the 18th National Congress of the Party clearly proposed that we should comprehensively improve the level of an open economy, speed up the pace of going out, coordinate bilateral, multilateral, and regional and subregional opening and cooperation, and improve our ability to resist international economic risks. Deepening the implementation of the strategy of going out and speeding up the transformation of the mode of foreign economic development is an important link in realizing the goal of building a well-off society and deepening the reform and opening up in an all-round way.
